The installation of our solar panels by **** with team ***** was excellent. They completed everything in 5 hours working very efficiently. Now we wait for the electric company

It was a pleasure meeting *****, he was Very informative, polite, patient, he even responds quickly. Being in customer service myself it's always nice to be treated the same way I treat my customers. 1 starIf I could give ZERO stars, I would. HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT DO IT. The company is highly unethical and will tell you whatever they want to just to complete the sale. Nothing they said panned out. Install took a year. No benefit whatsoever, in fact our utility bill increased (NO LIE!). We are now stuck with some nice adornments on our roof that barely power the house and the utility savings we were promised turned out to be a few dollars each month...WOW! When things really got rough for RDX and unraveled their scheme, they stopped responding. Several in our area had the same experience. We did our homework too. There's a different between net metering and net billing. The average customer will not know the difference until you get into it too far. Shame on you RDM and *********************! 1 starSame experience- pushy sales rep kept telling me it will only be a few minutes of my time. I already wasnt feeling well. I told him I have to go a meeting causing me to be late to that and wouldnt leave. He asked me to open my door, asking me a copy of my electric bill. When someone says no, you have to stop!! Dont you understand the words NO? Youre like predators and street rapists. Your company is terrible with terrible reviews on BBB. Stop lying to people especially the elderly and stop persuading them to sign agreements with you then turning around and having customers deal with another terrible business they dont know or have a relationship with. I really hope my senior, retired neighbor down the street does not do business with you since your sales rep mentioned his name as if that is going to make him trust him more. I hope your sales rep ****** catch the flu that I have since he insisted on putting his face to my door.Review fromSarah W

A very pushy sales representative saying he was from RDX Power refused to leave my front door step after I told him there was a no soliciting sign and not bother as we did not need or want any solar panels. He kept going on and on on how there was going to be a change in April and insisted on giving a report that could save us money. Stop training your reps to be so pushy and instead.. listen to what people are telling them.Radix
