    I ordered a replacement roaster pan on 12/22/2023 . They said it would ship within 3-5 business days. It is January 23,2023 I still never received it yet they charged my card immediately.

    I placed an order for several replacement parts for my elliptical on 12/30/23. It has been 2.5 weeks, and my order has not been shipped. The website originally said that my order would ship on 1/8/24. For the past two weeks, when I go to the website to check on the status of my order, it says under order status "Dropship processing," and no longer has any anticipated ship date. It also says the order cannot be canceled or returned. My order number is: ********; it was for 2 pedal arm sleeves (part #289867) and 1 large axel cover (part #286660), and the total amount I was charged with shipping was $59.00. I tried calling the customer service number multiple times and the recording says no one is available to take the call, and it directs you back to the website. I emailed the customer service department at the email listed and did not receive a reply or refund. This appears to be a scam.

    Parts ordered on 12-24-23, order #******** with a shipping date of 3 to 5 business days. It's now 1-16-24 and I have not even received shipping confirmation. I have called several times and emailed many times with no response. I have since purchased these parts from another source and need a full refund for parts not shipped and not received. Very poor customer **********************!

    I have ordered a replacement part in October, which was meant to be shipped a few days after but no shipment was ever made. I am unable to cancel the order and multiple attempts to contact the company to get an update on the shipment or a refund went unanswered.

    No shipping or communication from company after multiple emails. Order was time sensitive and site read ships in 3-5 days. 10 days later no shipping info, no shipping, no reply to emails. I have lost a time sensitive repair job due to companies lack of comunication and misleading website sying parts available and will ship in 3-5 days.

    On November 20, 2023 I placed an order for a replacement part for my carpet cleaner. My credit card was immediately charged the full amount of the part plus shipping of $32.46. When placing the order the indication was shipping would be 3-5 days.On December 23, 2023 I followed up with an email to ************************* as I had not received the part or any update to my order.     I order parts from eReplacementparts.com on Nov 16,2023. They have not sent me my order. They do not answer their phones and I cannot contact them by email. I would like a refund on my purchase.

    On November 15th of 2023, I ordered a replacement crumb tray for our Cuisinart toaster. The amount of the sale was $13.74. I never received the tray. The first time I set up an account with *************, they showed the order under my account. It had not been shipped. The next time I went into my account, the order had been purged. There is now no record of the order in the account. They have sent emails to me after I wrote in & complained. The emails give "self help" suggestions for resolving the issue. However, since their system no longer shows any orders under my account, their "self help" suggestions are no good. I want a full refund of the $13.74. I realize it's not a large amount, but it's the principle of the thing. It appears that this is the way they do business - very unethically.

    Placed an order for a carburetor and a part on 12-20-23 and THE MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. I was told I would have it in 3-5 days. When I followed up on the status after the 5 days it said "order delayed" and no other information was available. When I logged on to my account, it said they had no record of the order. I called their 800 number and they said no body was able to take my call. I would like the parts if the are available and I would like them shipped immediately! If not, I would like a full refund!
