    A complete waste of money. The part was wayyyyy tooo small. The cost I paid for shipping was 5 times the amount of the items, so it made no sense to even bother with a return. Never going to order from this site again.

    I ordered some coffee parts on June 16 2025 and they had half the shipping address to ****** and half to ******. I know from ***** the item was returned to sender. I have called at least 6 times and was told a refund was coming, but after 3 weeks, I am still to recieve either a refund or an email confirmation of the refund.

    ereplacementparts.com provides useful information on their site, in particular the parts breakdown diagrams. Not only do these help me order the right part, they also sometimes help me get things back together correctly. They sent the right part promptly and it fit. The whole process of finding the part, ordering it, and receiving it was easy.

    Not happy I ordered an echo rapid loader repair kit . I even called to be assured it was the correct part. The part is incorrect. After calling Echo ,they sent me the correct parts free of charge. But E Replacement should have known they did not supply the correct replacement. Upon calling for a refund. They told me I was paying for shipping again. I have decided to just throw the parts out . And I don’t intend to go back in the future. I will purchase at a local repair shop. Very disappointed

    I have ordered parts from ***************** for 18 years. I might get a lower price on ******, but I have never had a return with this company. They promptly fill the order and ship. It is well worth the extra money to get your mower up and running during cutting season.
