    I did receive the parts I ordered, but was charged **** for shipping. When the package showed up ********* there was a **** postage due. they mailed it First Class for **** and I have requested a refund for my **** but never received a response.from either the ******************************, or info contacts.

    It is true that the auto responses are frustrating and it did take several phone calls but, the part that I needed was shipped within 5 days.Unfortunately the shipping was $19 for a $5 part??.

    I only gave it 1 start because there wasn't less. Just like everyone else. I ordered a part, it never came, and there is NONE WHATSOEVER means to contact anyone. There is a generic email response that "again" reaches no one. Luckily I'm only out $24.90. Hope I can save someone else $$$.

    Website said the part was in stock..after a week I emailed to see why it hadnt shipped and was given the same response as alot of the complaints, that its on order from the manufacturer and claimed the site didnt say it was stock..they gave me the run around several days as i kept asking questions of when theyd receive if and when it would ship..i kept receiving automated emails for their self service center when i was trying to question customer service..do not order from this company, they arent honest and never updated their website apparently and dont care to help customers, they prefer you help yourself if you have questions or an issue not receiving your item you ordered...
