    This is a great place to pick up replacement parts since they usually have a broad variety of parts you can order as long as you know what you dealing with. The first (and minor) caveat is that you pretty much need to know exactly what part number you need else finding it is fairly difficult. The second (and major issue) is with parts showing as In Stock when theyre actually not, and not only is that annoying, that can hold up an order if you purchased multiple parts since the order wont ship until all parts are back in stock and ready to ship and that may be a delay of 3 days, 3 months, or possibly never shippingbottom line is that if you order multiple parts is to be prepared to be on the phone with customer ********************** for a while to get it all sorted out - but at least the ** folks I have spoken with are nice and have helped get things eventually sorted out.

    Acceptable speed to ship and receive the product. I was happy to see that there had been a redesign on the bottom twist on grinding blade holder. I had two before this one that the connection tabs had broken over time. The new one eliminate the tabs and has a twist in system that appears to be much stronger.

    I waited for 2 weeks for my order. After receiving tracking information I looked up the tracking only to find the post office was holding my package because the company did not pay the postage. I sent 2 emails and received no response. I finally called and told them to give me a refund. Terrible service or lack of service. I ordered my parts through parts tree and they were here withing a week.

    I needed a replacement gasket for my ************** grinder. No one had parts, including the manufacturer. No one had a date when the gasket would be available. But ***************** had the right part and shipped it out fairly quickly. Given the difficulty in obtaining this part, I got two. Nonetheless, the shipping was more than the combined parts. Still, this was the ONLY source I could find for the part and I very much appreciate being able to get the gaskets at all.
