      Ordered two dressers that keeps collapsing every time their is weight put in them. The only thing these drawers hold up barely is undergarments and socks . Do not buy from them. The quality is cheap and unusable

      Don't believe BB &Bs promise of worry free shopping. We bought Outdoor Canopy Tent and Shelter Pavilion - 10 x 20 Feet, which promised to be sturdy and protect from sun and rain, well in the first use the tents broke apart. BB &B provided *** return labels which was also a nightmare after returning the item twice with their labels they refused to refund us stating that the items broke in my care and it is not their responsibility. The ***************************** Service manager, ***** *. (too cowardly to give his last name and stand by their grifting ways) cowardly took my call after almost an hour of me insisting that I speak with a manager. He claimed they were entitled to keep the returned tents and the money I paid for the tents because the tents were damage during a rain storm while in my possession because. So at this point Bed Bath and & Beyond have the tents they had me return and my money. Don't risk it shop some where else!!!! These guys are not honest and upright. Worry free shopping is a lie....Bed Bath and Beyond Leadership is this you philosophy in 2025, if so good luck with your comeback from bankruptcy!!!       Placed 2 orders online that never shipped. Its been 3 weeks now and I am begging for refund to be told I need to wait while they trace unshipped orders. Turns out also the items ordered were FAKE name brand. ***************************** service is completely worthless and I am still waiting a refund.

      I returned an item worth approximately $16, following all the instructions I could access and yes, I was direct (okay, blunt!) in my email because the website was malfunctioning and wouldn't generate a return label. Frustration happens. But instead of helping me, ***************************** service acted confused and unhelpful, as if they couldnt grasp what I was saying at all.Even with proof of return, I never received my refund. At this point, its not just about the money its about doing whats right, even if the conversation started off rocky. Im holding the company accountable because ************************************************************ be punished for showing frustration when systems fail.Requested resolution: My $16 refund An acknowledgment that my return was valid A review of customer service handling when ****************************** are understandably frustrated

      I cannot leave a review online to show that the power supply provided with a product was inadequate for even the leds that were supposed to work with the furniture. The online review gives me an error but if I try to give 5 stars im sure it will let me leave a review. This is blatant fraud and misleading for consumers. The furniture I purchased has no reviews and now I know why.

      The website advertised "Racing Swivel Rocker Recliner Chair Single Seat Set of two". I purchased 2 chairs for $385. I never received a confirmation email. I only received proof of purchase from ******* Then, only 1 chair was delivered. I tried to text with ****************** agent, she kept repeating herself and didn't help. When I called ***************************** service (5/22/25), after waiting on hold for an hour, I was told they would contact the warehouse and tell them to send the second chair. Then on 5/27/25 I never heard from them so I called again. The agent let me know that I clicked on 1 chair option, if I clicked on the 2-chair color option, it would have been a different price. I didn't want a different color, so I didn't click on the other options. The heading of "chair set" never changed no matter what you click on so I didn't think to click on the two chair "color" option. By the time I reached out to the company to find out they would not be sending me another chair, I have already gotten rid of the big box it was shipped in. Now, I have to pay $99 to get the chair shipped back. This is false advertisement. I can't believe this company is allowed to operate in the **** with this deceit in 2025 and with a ***************************** service that says sorry with a smile but will not budge an inch to help a customer from being screwed out of their money. Shame on YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      To whom it. May concern,I purchased a 302 dollars on a awning from this site I have spent all day trying to get a hold of customer service my awning was up literally two days and came apart. One of the bolts came up They appointed to the part replace they said I could only replacement parts and I have to go to bed bath and beyond to receive a refund. I was told I couldn't get one because I did not check all my parts the ***************************** service lady was very rude and unhelpful and it took forever to even get a response the awning could of killed me and when it came undone and they don't care I have been to be patient all day but the most help I got was when talk to the replacement people.

      Beware that Bed Bath and Beyond is now a scam website. I ordered an item with a shipping (to me) cost of $6.99 and then they charged $23 for return shipping (back to them)! It was set of flatware and it came in an unmarked box with nothing confirming material content or country of origin. It was light and flimsy and nothing like the product advertised. I fell for a complete scam. They are using the name of something that used to be a store to sell utter c*** and essentially prevent returns.

      Absolutely terrible ***************************** service. I ordered a set of 2 chairs. Only 1 chair ever got delivered. When I called to see where my other chair was they told me it was out of stock and they couldnt send my one that got lost and returned to the warehouse for some reason. They then proceeded to NOT refund me. I had to call again and was told all they could do was a half refund. Terrible ***************************** service given I wanted a replacement and it was not my fault they lost the other chair. I shouldnt have to follow up to get a refund on an item that I told them and they could see I never received. Will NEVER be shipping either them again.
