      Absolutely terrible ***************************** service. I ordered a set of 2 chairs. Only 1 chair ever got delivered. When I called to see where my other chair was they told me it was out of stock and they couldnt send my one that got lost and returned to the warehouse for some reason. They then proceeded to NOT refund me. I had to call again and was told all they could do was a half refund. Terrible ***************************** service given I wanted a replacement and it was not my fault they lost the other chair. I shouldnt have to follow up to get a refund on an item that I told them and they could see I never received. Will NEVER be shipping either them again.

      I don't believe a business should hide behind buyer beware. First you are a online business, so if you sell something that looks totally) different upon receipt from your online picture, that's deceptive. Second why not disclose your policy at time of purchase so the buyer is actually aware of the policy. ****************************** deserved to be treated fairly,don't take their money and claim buyer beware when you advertise deceptively, not good business. I would never purchase from your online catalog or recommend anyone I know do business with your company. Color of my curtains is different from online advertisement, big difference and you want me to pay $20.86 for a shipping label to return merchandise to you.

      If I could leave a zero I would. The product I ordered came broken, only half of the product arrived. ***************************** service was no help and to be honest they didnt care. I would not recommend buying from bed Bath and beyond, they do not stand behind their products

      Overstock was GREAT. Then this garbage company bought it and the prices went way up. Then they charged me for the yearly fee I had with Overstock without telling me. The same day it hit my ****** I called to reserve the charge. The ***************************** service from India told me it was too late. Why? It wasn't- it was within an hour. Wouldn't allow me to speak to a supervisor and forced me to spend time dealing with it through ******. ****** was a joy to deal with and reversed the charge. Bed ***************************** lost a ****************************************************** life! Never again.

      If I could leave a zero I would. Purchased sheets for $70+. When they arrived the colour did not match the colour advertised. I initiated a return and was told it would be $50+ ship it back and return. I am appalled and the horrible customer service I received a their return policy. I recommend to anyone thinking of doing business with this company to stay away!

      Bed ***************************** (Beyond, **** gave me an unwanted credit of $20 after Beyond *** (Overstock.com) bought the company. They have continuously reminded me via email of this "credit" for years. I finally called ***************************** Service to have my information deleted. I spoke to 3 representatives, all with accents. None of them would delete my account. They sent me 3 different "forms" asking me for personal information, including an updated phone number so they can text me a "code", and the last date of purchase and purchase amount to supposedly delete my account. I'd fill out one form, and then they would send another form asking for more information.I finally asked all 3 ***************************** Service representatives to speak to a supervisor. They put me on hold, and then come back on the line telling me that they themselves would have to assist me. I would be placed on hold for 3-10 minutes. The last representative said the system was "down" and he was unable to transfer me to his supervisor. He then said that the supervisor would send me an email, which never arrived.All I wanted was for my email to be deleted. They refused to do so, stating they don't have the "authority" to delete it. They then refused to change my email address, without a reason.This is by far the worst ************************************* I've ever experienced. I will never do business with Bed, ***************************** or Overstock.com ever again. I highly recommend you never give them your personal information, because they will never delete it. It has truly become a horrible company.

      Overstock.com is a scam and their ***************************** service is horrible. I was given a gift-card and could not access my balance. I reached out to customer service and they said my card was not valid and the only thing they could offer for the inconvenience was 20% off. So we lost $100.00 which was a gift from our wedding. 20% off is nothing, especially since they do not produce products as order through their website. Just horrible!

      I ordered 2 chairs from Bed Bath and Beyond. I was only able to assemble 1 chair because they sent the wrong leg for the second chair. We called ***************************** service about it and they gave us a hard time and won't refund or money or send the right leg for the chair. It's like we paid the price of 2 chairs for one chair. They are doing everything to stall and push us off instead of doing right by us as paying ******************************. Now one chair is essentially garbage that I paid for. Next time I'll stick with Amazon, as they treat their ****************************** better and they are not as expensive as Bed Bath and Beyond. ****. ***.

      I ordered a salt and pepper grinder set online. It was very cheap quality, so I returned it. I used the return option on the website for the return, printed the return label, and returned using ***. I paid $38.96 for the set. Bed. Bath, and Beyond charged $31.46 to return the items. I only paid $6.99 for shipping to receive the items. I disputed the issue with my credit card company. The charge was found to be legitimate. I will never shop at Bed, ****, and Beyond ever again.
