      After all these years of loyalty to this company, Robert, the supervisor on duty, refused to help me return a charge on my account for not being able to make the entire payment due to platform difficulties and a not precise statement amount to avoid the no interest payment plan. With a big no to resolve the problem. And hanging the phone on me while giggling.

      Once you sign up for their membership, you cant leave them! I am warning you this because I had my share of bad experiences with them. Also, their products are cheap and expensive in price. Please stay away from them!!!

      Ordered and paid for a ceiling fan and received shipping date and order number. Sometime later in the next 24 hours Overstock.com canceled my order with no notification of the cancellation. When Overstock.com customer support was contacted they said they did not have the ceiling fan to ship, but they would send an email when the fan was available. I told the ***************************** rep that the fan is still listed on the web site for sale with no notice that fan is not currently in stock. I believe this misrepresentation of goods available for sale is misleading and illegal. The non-contact to the ***************************** after the their order was canceled is poor business practices and shows no respect for the *****************************. After checking the website for the same ceiling fan 7 days later, was still listed for sale with no notification that the fan was currently NOT in stock nor available for shipment. I will never do business with this online company again.

      Be aware avoid dealing and purchasing goods from Overstock.com. Worst online company to deal with. After three months of s******* with my order they sent me the wrong sofa. Have been working for over three weeks to resolve the issue but has not been able to do so. ***************************** service rep. **** telling me they escalating the issue to responsible department but no response, yet. I had no choice but to contact my CC company and dispute the charge. They are so unorganized.

      I ordered a desk from them but I realized that it was too big for my room so I contacted them less that 12 hours after ordering it to cancel and they said they would put it through but they never did. Now I paid $156 for the desk. They want to charge me $118 to return it meaning I will only get $38 of my money back. Are you serious? If they would've cancelled it, they would've saved money by not shipping it out at all but this move makes me think they did it on purpose forcing me to keep the product. Amazon don't even do this and this table on their site only cost $108. I will never shop with them again. Be sure to check your prices at other places before ordering with them. This is robbery.

      I would give them -5 stars ***** if i could I paid off the balance totally then next month i got a "fee" and i called talked with them they "waived" the fee this month i get a **** for $10.13 in "fees" again even though i had a zero balance when i called this time they said they waive fee but i some how owe them two something in "insurance" for a zero balance. They great at selling bad about charging even though got proof I paid off the balance when i said i was going turn them in to the BBB they hung up on me!!!!

      I received an order of Kitchen Chair Cushions this afternoon...Love the color, the Fabric, the thickness, quality....I have an issue that on one side of each Cushion, there are Red Marker Points by each Button of the Cushion. I am going to keep the ************** Cushions...Only have the good Side Upright when we have guests....

      Save yourself the headache and avoid this joke of a company at all costs. I ordered a BLACK ** stand and was sent the ** stand in WHITE. I called and they said they would send a new one and have *********** the first one. Well, a few days later I receive the replacement, and guess what? It is WHITE again. I called ***************************** service and they said they could not send another replacement until they received the first 2 incorrect items back. Understandable. I send the first 2 back and a couple of weeks later I receive the 3rd package and was not surprised... it was still WHITE. My observation is their warehouse needs some serious help. I should not receive the wrong package 3 times. The ***************************** service representatives were helpful but I let them know it would be best for them to file a complaint with the warehouse to ensure the satisfaction of other customers because I for sure will never shop at Overstock.com again.

      I gave them a 1 and they dont deserve that. 0 is more like it. I purchased 3 chairs at $395.99 each for a total of ******** with an original discount of $178.20. ******** total was paid. I went online to start the return process and was informed that it would cost $311 and some cents to get labels and it would be deducted. I then called in and spoke to a representative who told me they would wavier the label fee. I returned the 3 items in original condition and packaging I was refunded ****** and was charged $359.86 for label fees. I also purchased a patio cushion for $52.49 and returned it in the original packaging and was given a refund of $26.92, they charged me $25.57 for return label. DO NOT shop with them, They are the worst BUYER BEWARE of the HIGH cost they are charging for labels and return
