      Overstocked shouldn't still be in business. Never again. I received my item broken in different parts I snapped photos of it email it to Overstocked they just completely ignored my email no response back from them no way of getting my money back from them this is America this has to be illegal

      Horrible customer service!! 1 star is too many! Ordered a bed to be delivered on Wed 9/21. When ordered did not arrive, I called Overstock on Thursday 9/22. They said they would initiate a dock search with CEVA Logistics the carrier. Dock searches normally take 3 business days. I checked the Overstock website days later and noticed a return for my bed. Overstock customer service rep ************************* me that they needed to wait more time for the dock search. I was ************************* then that I could contact CEVA Logistics and inquire about the dock search. **** said there was never a dock search initiated. After speaking to customer service again and a supervisor, I was ************************* that they would need CEVA to initiate another dock search that would take 3 business days. I asked for a cancellation/refund and was ************************* that they would not be able to do anything until the dock search was complete. I ************************* them to cancel the Club O Membership for $19.95 which I initiated with this order. They ************************* me that I was not a Club O member. I ************************* them that on my end I could see the points balance and the phone greeting when I called ***************************** service stated "Welcome, valued O Club Member!" I have received conflicting information from every Overstock customer service agent. It's clear that they do not have an idea where my bed is, and they plan to hold onto a few thousand dollars until they locate the missing bed. This company will never see another dime from me.

      Every time I try Overstock, about once every five years or so, theres some significant problem. Either the item doesnt actually exist and never ships and I have to spend 1/2 hour with them to get my money back after waiting weeks for nothing. Occasionally the item does show up, and its poor quality (theres a reason the item is listed on Overstock; it didnt sell through the original sales channel). I was sucked in again by an area rug that looked perfect. After waiting a couple weeks for shipment, which never happened, I spent 45 minutes online getting (supposedly, have to wait more days to find out if that happens) my money back. Add more time filing complaints with the BBB and the **** consumer bureau. Bought the rug pad, too, which did show up. Useless without the rug. Heed your own instincts and do not do business with this company.

      I have an Overstock.com credit card, which I paid off on June 14, 2022. On July 11, 2022, Overstock.coms credit card charged me a $.75 finance charge on a 0 balance. Overstock.com still reports a 2.5 month old balance to credit reporting agencies like Transunion. When I identified this to Transunion, they closed my dispute because this is what Overstock is reporting. The problem is not Overstock, the problem is the very questionable business practices of the bank behind the companys credit lineCommenity Bank.

      DO NOT BUY FROM OVERSTOCK OR MODWAY!!! VERY CHEAP FURNITURE AND COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. PURCHASED A ****** MODWAY OUTDOOR ***** FROM OVERSTOCK.COM. WITHIN 3 MONTHS THE TOP (RESIN WICKER) DISINTEGRATED UNDER THE ***** TOP. OVERSTOCK WOULD NOT REPLACE AS THEIR RETURN POLICY IS 30 DAYS!!!30 DAYS!!!! THEY REFERRED ME TO MODWAY. I EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT THE ***** GETS SO HOT IT IS DISINTEGRATING THE WICKER/RESIN UNDERNEATH. THEY OFFERED TO REPLACE THE EXACT SAME ***** ONLY. I BEGGED THEM TO ALLOW ME TO PICK OUT ANOTHER MODEL THAT DIDN'T HAVE THE *****. IN ADDITION, SINCE THE ***** WEIGHS 230 POUNDS!!! WE HAD TO HIRE TWO MEN FOR ****** TO MOVE THE ***** FROM THE GARAGE WHERE IT WAS DELIVERED BY FREIGHT AND TO SET IT UP ON OUR BACK PATIO.ALSO, IF I GOT ANOTHER JUST LIKE FIRST ONE WOULD HAVE TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY TO COME PICK UP THE OLD ***** ***** TO DISPOSE OF IT PROPERLY. FOR ******!!!!! THE ***** TOPS ARE 7.5 FEET X 5 FEET!!!!!!!! NO WAY WOULD THEY ACCOMODATE ME. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. I CANCELLED THE ***** AS WE DID NOT WANT TO SPEND AN ADDITIONAL ****** FOR THIS PIECE OF C*** *****. WE ARE OUT ****** PLUS ****** WE HAD TO PAY THE MEN TO MOVE/SET UP THE FIRST *****.DO NOT EVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! NO WONDER THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED BY THE BBB. DISGUSTING COMPANY.

      I purchased a rug from them. 2 days later it went on sale for 27 dollars less. They claim they have a 7 day price guarantee but they don't honor it.

      My Wife received a gift certificate for her Birthday. Overstock. Every item she purchased from them has been broken. Are these all returns, they sell?

      Overstock ships items with multiple packages with only ONE tracking number. Twice I've ordered and reordered the same piece of furniture, and ***** only brings one, and not even the right one in the first case. It just seems insane, as much as they ship, that they let that many packages go out without any way to track them. Their "***************************** care" person even confirmed that to me. I'm awaiting another replacement, and once again, it says ***** is only bringing one box in a two box order.

      I ordered some chairs from Overstock. They were defective but I was able to put them together but they were shorter than what the description had stated. I had to return them at the cost of $142! This was nearly 50% of the whole order. I am perplexed as to why Amazon and every other mass vendor is able to do free returns but I pay $142 and I have nothing to show for it. This is a terrible policy and I will never shop with them again. I feel completely ripped off.
