Don't pay for expedite shipping!!! And their customer service is well there is none..I bought my almost 70$ screen protector on the 26th ,paid for 2-3 day shipment, and it's now April 3rd and it hasn't even shipped out,ive sent 2 emails to customer service about it and still no reply..will never be a customer again with themZAGG, Inc.

60 dollars for a screen protector is an absolute joke. I thought it was ridiculous when it was 40, but I used to use it because was convenient and i dont like putting on my own, but 60 is just insane for a product that likely costs them a dollar or 2 to make. On top of that if I have to get a replacement its 10 dollar to ship it? even though you have a stack of them sitting there at the store, and they likely all shipped together for less than 10 dollars. After a trip to a store recently for my new s24 ultra I will never use them again and learning all this I will never go back. Hopefully more will join me and this company will reevaluate their greedy ways.ZAGG, Inc.

As you might not be aware all kiosks and resellers are independently owned and operated, and they have their own fees, pricing and warranty coverage. The fee charged at kiosks is for their professional installations which is guaranteed for two weeks after the installation. Whereas any other brand you can buy does not come with that guarantee. As for ZAGG.com, our pricing might be a bit higher than the average protection you can buy elsewhere but we also provide all our customers with our 30-day money back guarantee for any reason, and we also offer our Limited Lifetime Warranty. As stated on the ZAGG.com website and our packaging we ask our customers to provide a credit or debit card and cover the small shipping and handling fee of the replacement (which is $9.99 in the lower US + tax). This includes a completely new shield (as many times as needed for the lifetime of your device), installation tools and appropriate packaging to make sure your product arrives safely and in perfect condition, as well as handling to process your order. This company is such a scam. I bought a $60 screen protector for a brand new iphone and it broken within a WEEK of purchasing it. When I reached out for my "free" replacement, they told me I'd have to pay $10 for shipping. I've sent 5 lb packages for $10 before, there is no way they can't send it in a padded envelope for near next to nothing cost. Not to mention the product does not cost $60 to make so you would think free shipping would be an option. **************** could care less and was incredibly unhelpful. I'll make sure no one I know purchases from these people.I bought a three pack of screen protectors off of Amazon for $7. It has been on my phone for over a month now with no issues. We are sorry to hear you feel ZAGG is scamming our customers with the shipping and handling fee for our Limited Lifetime Warranty and because the InvisibleShield broke within a week of having the InvisibleShield on your device. The InvisibleShield did in fact do what it is designed to do, which is to break or crack and prevent damage to your device. While it is certainly understandable to be frustrated, we are in no way scamming you or any of our other customers. We do have customers that never need to utilize the warranty while others take advantage of the warranty once every month, or sometimes a couple times a month. Every customer is different in their needs, which is why we have our warranties set up the way we do. The original price you paid does provide you with a lifetime supply of warranties for the original device, compared to other brands, where you pay once, throw away and pay again. I would strongly advise against ZAGG to anyone. I am not someone who typically writes reviews, but my experience has been so bad that I felt it was necessary to share. I have the same complaint as ************ posted on 3/17/24. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I paid $10 for shipping, and received a confirmation email with a tracking and order number. However, the tracking number was invalid, and when I reached out to customer service, they were not helpful at all. They told me to wait ***** days because I live in ******, and gave me an expected delivery date of 3/18/24. When I didn't receive anything, I sent another follow-up email. Throughout this entire ordeal, it was a constant battle in an email thread of over a dozen messages with 5 different customer service reps, and this last one tells me that I now have to wait until April 5, 2024 for my replacement shield protector for my iPhone 14. They said they would express ship my screen if I don't receive it by this date, but that is not an acceptable answer. I want my refund for shipping and never want to do businees with ZAGG! Shame on you for cheating your customers!ZAGG, Inc.

The warranty is an absolute scam. I only gave one star since the BBB does not let me leave zero stars. I paid an absurd $45 for an iPhone 15 Pro Tempered Glass Screen Protector because the box said "No Hassle Lifetime Replacement Policy." It does not say on the box that they'll charge a $10 "shipping fee" for each replacement. The screen chipped within three weeks, and they are charging me $10 shipping (plus tax) for the free replacement! Thus, for the original screen and "free" replacement, I've paid $55. If I had purchased a two-pack Spigen screen protector on Amazon, it would have been $18 (and it also comes with a device that allows for easy installation, so it's not like Zagg offers what others do not.) Indeed, almost any screen protector on Amazon is under $10 (with free shipping), yet, that's what Zagg charges for their "free" replacement. As I said, it's a complete scam. I never would have purchased this product if the box said that they were going to charge a $10 replacement fee. If anyone is aware of a class action lawsuit for deceptive business practices against Zagg, please post it in the comments.ZAGG, Inc.

Standard shipping is $10 (plus applicable tax), and the shipping code redemption box is removed meaning no reduced s/h. Product registration through the portal is only populated with **** products. The majority of these replacements will be done in-store. There is a return requirement for the original screen protector. The warranty includes pre-addressed return envelopes in the **** warranty kits. The customer is responsible for postage. 1 starI bought one of their keyboards and in less than a month the keyboard broke. When it broke it caused the iPad that I had inside of it to fall and bust. When asking about how to remedy the situation because of their product malfunctioning causing damage to my device they said that they were not willing to do anything they would only give me another keyboard if I could prove that I bought it. I ordered two screen replacements and only one was shipped. I had registered both and they could not find them in their system even though I received confirmation. I am not being asked to pay another shipping fee for their error. They make it very difficult to speak to someone and get any issues corrected. I place an order for a replacement battery and attempted to cancel the order within an hour. The company allowed no method to contact customer service besides email. I sent a message and didnt receive a response. I followed up and finally received a response saying the order was already in fulfillment and they couldnt cancel it, which isnt true. The order could have been recalled prior to shipping or even during shipping. The company proceeded to charge me for shipping the order I tried to cancel. I said I would return the replacement unit and asked if the shipping charge would be refunded and they said it would be something they could do.The company provided a return label to send the unit back to them. I told them I would have preferred to refuse the shipment because it would be extremely inconvenient to my schedule to bring it to a post office. They said if I refused delivery they couldnt track the unit if it became lost. I decided to accommodate their request, even though it was a bother to me, and they said they could refund the shipping charge.I brought the unit to the post office and the unit was returned. I notified them via email that I mailed the unit and requested again that the shipping charge for the unit be refunded. At this point they said they wouldnt refund the charge. I have all documentation of their earlier email stating they could refund it. They now say the mistake was mine, even though they prevented me from canceling the order in the first place, and they took no steps to recall the shipment from delivery.The company has behaved in a predatory manner to the detriment me as a customer. They refuse to provide customer remediation such as the basic practice of canceling an order within a short window of order placement, which is a basic and standard practice. They say they could refund the shipping and then went back on their word and said they wont. Its poor customer service and dishonest.ZAGG, Inc.
