Absolutely horrible. Went to finance through them as thats what our bank recommended because dealerships are getting better rates. They ran my credit through extra places. They told me the loan would be ~$25,000 and the paperwork I got from the credit unions show they asked for ~$31,000. They also tried telling me I had to pay state taxes with them. I live in ******* and have never paid taxes at a dealership. They also tried forcing me to buy a warranty I didnt want. They are shady, crooked, and I wouldnt trust them to serve me water correctly.

Went to Tim Dahle Nissan Murray. To diagnose break issue. So they diagnosed the problem as a master cylinder. So we took the truck home and replaced the master cylinder and had exactly the same problem. We took the truck back and they explained that we didn't use OEM part. So we agreed to let them fix it. After 8 weeks of nothing. I got a photograph saying the calipers that were on the truck were defective. At this point we realized they had no clue what was going on. Send a tow truck to pick the truck up. Half hour later they called and said they'd wreck the truck. They were driving it without breaks. Said they would take care of it. Send it to their body shop. When I sent a tow truck to talk home it was not taken care of. The bumper was a mess. It was a horrible job. They will not cooperate. Horrible customer service. I'm trying to remedy this. I think we're going to have to go to court. I have never dealt with such an inept business... I wouldn't call them a mechanic shop.

The finance guy was extremely rude and very know it all. The mechanic diagnosed my vehicle with an absolute dumb thing which is not true I had just had ot diagnosed and he was so wrong. He also was slamming my truck into 4x4 when it's a simple shift but he kept slamming it. I think they were trying to make something wrong with my truck because it's paid off and blue books for *****. I will never go there again

This is my first BBB review ever, for what it's worth. The salesman was extremely helpful, trying to work with me and my evolving budget as details about my current car's exchange value came in and realizing I had miscalculated a few monthly costs. So I had to downsize by $5k. The employee tried to work with me on that with his manager.Manager walks in, keeps telling me that I told them [x-amount] is my limit, so why am I not buying the car, they can't go lower. He keeps circling dollar values on a sheet of paper he pulls out to prove to me why I need to buy the car for [x-amount]. I tell him I'm not buying anything for [x-amount], my finances have changed as I was talking to them. Manager asks me why I told them [x-amount] was my limit. I tell them AGAIN that I can't do [x-amount], he says well let's do another car (it's been 3 hours at the dealership at this point). I say I have to get to my dog and I need to go, [salesman] (sorry I don't remember your name, homie) was great, bye."Manager pipes in with "if he was so great why did you waste three hours of his time?" as I'm *walking away*. From there it devolved to a shouting match with this Napoleon Complex manager (you'll know him when you see him, I promise). All the employees are giving the side-eye like this happens all the time and stifling laughs as the manager goes off on me on his ego trip. For my part I should have just kept walking away, but I was flabbergasted that an *actual manager* has the gall to say *anything* like that to *any* customer, *ever*. Long story short: Never going there again. Customer service was great until manager's ego and having to get the last word in got in the way.

I went for an oil change and alignment. We'll I had to have 2 new tires. They changed 3 different fluids the said needed done. I go to pay and my bill is over $1500, $600 of that is labor. I told them they wouldn't ever see me again and cried all the way home because I didn't have $1500 to spend. The horror stories of these places scamming women is unfortunately true. I've now had the experience. I won't ever take my vehicle back to them for maintenance!!!

It's easy to remember a bad experience, but I have to compliment Tim Dahle Nissan for how well they treated my granddaughter and I with our used car purchase. I'm not affiliated with the dealership at all. I'm just a normal (???), Ok, almost normal customer. My sales person was Jeniffer. She was excellent to work with. It was a low pressure sale. The finance person, Rick, did everything he was supposed to do and he did it well. When I need another car, I'll go here, first.

I scheduled a test drive online, got off work early, spent an hour getting there only to find out that their "cash & carry" used cars can't be test driven. (It would be nice if they trained their salespeople about that so they don't schedule test drives) They won't even let you look under the hood, much less under the car. Wait for it they will hand you the key and let you start it..... Woo Hoo! What a waste of time. They wouldn't even let me sit in the passenger seat while they drove it. If you won't let anyone test drive your cars then YOU MUST be hiding something.

Bought a brand new nissan kicks sv 2021. They over priced the car by $6.000-$8.000 and plus i put down $1,500 down.. ive had it for about 2 years or so and now theirs been a recall on the car for a TORQUE SENSOR.. took it in to get it fixed my car had ***** miles on the car when i picked up the car it has a different mileage now it dropped ***** miles lower and they are telling me that the sensor had nothing to do with it.. and they are not sure what happend when they serviced the car. they recorded the mileage as well on their records and they are saying they might of missed typed the mileage my car went from ***** miles to ***** miles after they they serviced my car they are not taking any accountability that happend in their lot.. while they serviced my car the reps their were so rude and when i called and when i took it back in telling them that something is wrong with the car thati wanna get to the bottom of this. They keep saying that the mileage was entered incorrectly and that their is no proof of mileage. When i know what my car has.. or had i still owe money on this car i need an answer a brand new car has issues with keeping track of the mileage this is unacceptable they sold me a car over priced they believe that their cars are the best out their. Tim dahle nissan is the worst to work with. I dont recommend buy cars from this dealership.. now i have to wait until this can be resolved. This is a manufactured issue i want this to be taken care off i dont understand how mileage can go from being so high to low and the fact it happend right after the torque sensor was done.
