Tim Dahle Nissan in Murray has got to be the WORST car dealership in the state, maybe even the country! They use dishonest sales techniques. Their service department didn't bother to tighten my oil filter or drain plug and the service manager acted like he didn't know after I sent multiple messages to their system. I wish I had gotten online and read reviews before ever stetting foot in Tim Dahle Nissan in Murray, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!

Service techs do a 30 second video of things they never even performed. Said they rotated my tires when they most definitely did Not.

I took my car in last week for a Full inspection because I am driving out of state. I Clearly told them I need Everything inspected since I'm not trying to be stranded on the side of the road in middle of nowhere. They came back with everything fine Except! Tie rods and new steering rack are needed and will cost $1800. Didn't seem right. Took it to mechanic at an auto shop and he let me See my car underneath... OIL LEAKING cuz Stealership put on Wrong Cap! Battery that I had changed at Stealership a year and a half ago was almost out. And the Tie rods were No Where Near loose! I saw it ALL for myself. They were trying to charge me for something back in Dec that they now say is fine in the recent ' inspection'. Never take your car to the Stealership! My battery could have gone out at any time during my several hundred mile drive and my oil leaking and not realizing could have damaged my engine.. What they do is just evil.

Had the price list on Edmonds website at 19,700 for a vehicle. when I told him I wanted to buy it they told me it was the wrong price and was going to be more than 2 grand more than they advertised. I sent them a link to their ad and a screen shot and they still wouldn't wanted to charge 2000 more than their ad. I will never buy from a place that advertised one price and then when you show interest they increase the price more than 2000 dollars.

Buying a car from Tim Dahle Nissan Murray was one of the worst experiences of my life. I was bullied, tricked, and manipulated. Any time I had a concern or question about the deal, I was made to feel unreasonable and unkind, just because they surprised me with fees and I wanted to stop and think about it. I was surprised with a crazy covid cleaning fee, well over $1000. Save yourself extreme frustration and go somewhere else.
I bought another car a few months later from a different dealership and had no problems.

They are liars and bullies. Bought a car at Dahle Used cars and had the same terrible experience that all these other people have had, wish I had done research on the car dealership first! They lied about the price, added on extra charges that we didn't want, and when we told them we didn't want the warranty or oil changes said we had to have them or the price of the car increased. For every charge we tried to get removed they would try to add another, clear coat that we never asked for, etc. Kept saying, "we have to have this make sense for both of us". It never made sense to me. The same signature issue of being told we were signing for one thing, only to have them later tell us that we shouldn't have signed that. ****, the finanace manager, is a liar and a bully. He was so rude, pushy, and condescending. Terrible people there. I will never go to a Dahle dealership again. Would leave zero stars if I could.

AVOID this dealer if at all possible, especially if you are trading-in or selling a vehicle. After listing a vehicle for sell on KSL cars, a salesman named ****** reached out to me multiple times wanting to purchase the vehicle on behalf of Tim Dahle Nissan Murray. I provided him all relevant vehicle information and advised him that I am only interested in selling the vehicle, not trading it in. He acknowledged and happily set up an appointment for me. After over a week of correspondence with ****** and several voicemails stating he had "great news", I brought the vehicle down from ****** to Murray for our scheduled appointment. Shortly after meeting with ****** he sat me down with one of his sales managers. The sales manager was adamant that I check out some vehicles on his lot. I reminded him that I am only interested in selling the vehicle, as I told ******. He proceeded to tell me that the vehicle was too old (2015) to accept and that he would only buy it if I purchased a vehicle from the lot. I declined and was advised by him to try Carmax. Overall, my experience with TD Nissan was negative and wasteful. This dealer is the definition of sleazy salesmanship.

If you're looking for price discrepancies, false advertising, lack of transparency, higher than average interest rates, and individuals who lack integrity with a general lack of a moral compass, who shamelessly live up to the "used car salesman" reputation, then LOOK NO FURTHER!!! ??We found a used car listing on ksl and carfax with a listing price of $15,429. Prior to driving over one hour to check it out, I called to verify the listing price and talked to a female (unknown name) who confirmed this price with no additional details. Therefore, we decided to go and check it out. We took the vehicle for a test drive, came back, and decided to proceed with potentially purchasing it. The car salesman that was working with us that day (unknown name, but was bigger built, with long, curley hair, and blue eyes, who stated he was from NY) then proceeded to tell us that the listing price was only for individuals who use their "preferred" financer, which is ********** (auto loan rates at 7-8% range compared to the average credit union of 5.49-5.99%). Therefore, we either had the option of paying a lower asking price with higher interest rates or paying a higher asking price ($1,200 additional dollars) with lower interest rates. Needless to say, they are not transparent with their financing and it appears to be a scam. We felt like due to their price discrepancies and false advertising, it would be reasonable to meet them in the middle, instead of $1,200 over the price that was falsely advertised, have them come down $600. We stated this to the car salesman, and he told us that there is absolutely no budging on that price and he won't even come down "**** cents". He then arrogantly proceeded to say "I'm not worried about selling this car. This car will sell", as though he could care less about us buying it. I then told him that we do not want to go through them for financing, and that's when he appeared to be more irritated and asked us why. We felt like why would we want
