Giving 1 star because I have to. Otherwise, zero stars. This is the 3rd pest control company Ive had in 6 years and, by far, the worst. I tried to cancel twice but they sucker you into termination fees for every little package you have. I was hung up on when I asked to cancel and then hung up on again when they said I have to call back in a month to avoid the termination fees. Not only is the service terrible and doesnt work but the employees are unprofessional and seem equally as miserable as I am to be stuck in this contract. Buyer beware! Never again!

Terrible service!! I now have MORE ants than I started out with!I had problems with the small brown ants, my family calls Sugar Ants. Now I have ants about half their size, and grey. And Im being swarmed. Stepped on a small patch of leaves. It broke open to look like rice pudding, FULL of ant larva!!They said there was nothing they could do, and they wouldnt even be able to come out, for weeks!!Hawx Services, LLC

Buyers Beware!Please save your money and do not agree to their pest control services!!! in my opinion They tie you to a year contract and if you try to cancel you are charged $199 even if their pest control services are the worst. they sub with small business and the technicians that are hired comes out and do not perform quality services. I signed a year contract and was dis-satisfied with the services performed through the year. When I complained a technician would come out and still did not perform satisfactorily. Signed an addendum based on the fact that services would be improved and two weeks later when the technician came out and performed partial services and would not return to completer the job, I call and cancelled. They billed a $199 cancellation fee even though they do not provide quality services and want you to continue paying for substandard services each month or pay $199 which is a cost in which no services are performed.Hawx Services, LLC

Be aware of Hawx Pest Control. They are in the ************ area preying on elderly residents. Their representatives intimidate the elderly forcing them to purchase unneeded or unwanted pest control contracts. They personally pressured my mother, who is visably ill and not competent to make these thypes of decisions, into the purcahsing of a contract. When I contacted **** they refused to cancel the contract even though they have not provided any service to date. I would give zero stars if able. Next stop the media.Hawx Services, LLC

I had a year contact with this company , After my year was up ! i told them i no longer need them ,and that can please stop dafting money from my account . Talk to two customer service about this problem and they not refund my money. i am will never do busines with this company again.Hawx Services, LLC

Absolutely terrible. From the late night on-foot, non-pest control sales youngsters to the inability to even follow up or show up for a scheduled and confirmed appointment. This place cares nothing for the customer and juggles a calendar as if timing means nothing to the pest control elimination process or the customer's schedule. I have called, requested, complained, been falsely promised, made feel unimportant, told lies, passed over, pushed to the next person... so many times each.Hawx Services, LLC

Two young men on mobile scooters entered our gated neighborhood and solicited the neighbors, more like harassed them, all day and even until 9:30 PM last night, trying to con them into buying their services. Based on past reviews, I hope many of our residents didn't fall for this scam. Watching some of the Ring videos on our neighborhood page, it is clear they would not take no for an answer and just continued with their memorized speeches. They showed no respect for anyone's time or space. I have a no soliciting sign above my doorbell, yet these guys still knocked. I highly recommend that you do not use this company, and from what the other reviews state, READ THE CONTRACT if you do fall for it.Hawx Services, LLC

1 starThis company is extremely rude & aggressive. They trespass in private gated communities and when asked to leave this guy right here is one of the worst door-to-door salesman Ive ever seen! I was in my garage and he rolled right up in that silly Segway and was practically in my garage when I turned around he was like to side of my house! Hes lucky I didnt grab my gun! I let him know that theres no soliciting in our neighborhood, explained the *** policy and asked him to leave, get out of my driveway and he wouldnt move! I swear I thought he was going to square off with me! I basically had to tell him off to get him to leave my house!! Never in my life I went and bought a no soliciting sign after 16 years living here never needed one before.For two days the whole neighborhood has told him to leave, but he wont leave. Weve called the company but they dont seem to care at all. Ive already spoken to the *** president and Hawx will be blacklisted from our community. The owner of this company clearly has very bad business ethics and I would not do business with this company!Review fromMisti K

A Hawx Sales rep came to our home and did what every sales person does, the sales rep said that all of the chemicals that they sprayed were safe for our gardens we grow food and herbs in, and give to our community.We signed up for services with the guarantee of safety from poisoning our garden and neighbors.Found out very soon that the chemicals Hawx sprays, does poison the plants, and herbs, and can be very harmful if these foods are consumed after the spray treatments have been applied.We tried to contact ****, we tried to cancel, and Hawx never responded. Instead, **** ignored us and kept sending techs out to spray. We keep cancelling, send our reviews on ******* and still get no response, and are still getting charged for services we cannot use. Do not use this company. They pad their reviews on ****** to make it seem like they are reputable but they are not. I signed up with them and they sprayed my neighbors house instead of mine, I rescheduled and they sprayed THE SAME WRONG HOUSE AGAIN. Then when I call and tell them Im no longer interested in their service due to their error, which has caused an influx of mosquitos at my home they say I have to pay at $199 early termination fee. Even though clearly in the contract it says If they fail to provide service no fee is incurred. Th response I got was well we can still provide the service next week. um no? You already charged me and I havent received the service. Just completely unprofessional, do not use this company.Hawx Services, LLC
