Scam! They make you sign 1 year contract, don't take care of the issue. Year and a half later I still have ant infestation. Everytime I go to cancel get empty promises. My final time I go to cancel I can't get a hold of anybody until the next billing cycle so if course after they already know I want to cancel they are charging me yet another month for a service I don't want because it doesn't work. My yard is still riddled with ants and ant hills near my home. Refuse to not charge the last month when I already made it clear I wasn't too cancel, their solution to make it right was to resign up and they'll send someone out there... I've wasted way too much money with them up be on worse condition that when I started with them. Everytime I tried to cancel after my 1 year was up they made false promises to keep me one more month. The last year of my contract I said I wanted to close out and I'll pay for the last month. They said know I have to wait until an exact date and better not forget it They will autoclave for future months I didn't approve of. All they did was take my money and not get rid of the any colonies. They got worse!

*****: This is a horrible company. The services did work but when you live in state that freezes in the winter and have no pets and they continue to charge you. Every time you think for are done with the charges they appeared again. Please DO NOT USE this services. Beside the charges is horrible for the environment.Hawx Services, LLC

A very dishonest company. Stole money from my account. Sent in a text stating I want to cancel; they just canceled and then I sent in an email asking the process, and was asked to call in. Then I get another email stating the my account has been debited $199. I am one month away from my year **** and they decided to nail me for an early termination fee. I have ****ed it as fraudulent. They are wild and super dishonest, not only that they are a terrible service. ***** and ***** in their **** offices are also extremely dishonest.Hawx Services, LLC

Do not use this company. They make it impossible to cancel your service and lie to you about the services they provide. I specifically asked them about ants, termites and mice. They told me that would be included. After I signed the contract they told me those would be extra. ***** only comes out once every 3 months. Once they had done the last treatment I asked them to cancel my contract. They said they could not do that until 30 days before my contract expires and that I have to be the one to call back. I am currently still unable to cancel my contract. I wish I could give them zero stars.Hawx Services, LLC

1 starHawx Pest Control performed a sales effort in our subdivision in May 2023. The sales person does not mention or comment about any cancellation fees. He only asked "that you dont cancel until the end of the year". I did not read the Service Agreement on their small tablet in the middle of the afternoon. They performed 4 (of the apparent 6 treatments). The last treatment was performed in October 2023.When I hadn't heard from Hawx by late April 2024, I had signed up with another pest control company. Hawx came out in May 2024 to perform a treatment, so I had informed them that I'd have to cancel their services.They charge a $199 cancelation fee when the account was closed. Just ask ALL questions regarding any cancellation fees AND/OR read the entire Agreement (probably best to just read it while they are there).Review fromsuzanne s

I called on 5/23/2024 to cancel my account and was told someone would call me back in 72 hrs.I also sent a letter that was mailed on 5/223/24. They are saying they have no record of either and are giving me a hard time to cancel service. They are saying I agreed to 3 years, which I did not.They hung up on me and of course I am very upset with them, as I did what was suppose to be done. Had the service been better I would not have wanted to cancel. A bug company that refuses to spray for bugs. Now they want a large fee to cancel. IHawx Services, LLC

Fortunately never made it past the rude, pushy, intimidating door to door salesperson they sent to my home. After asking him to leave the property and respect the no soliciting sign right next to the door he knocked on he became very upset explaining that he had a right to be on my property (after I asked him to leave as we are not interested) and that if he respected peoples no soliciting requests he wouldnt have a job. He also threw in some colorful language about not caring that he was interrupting a meeting I needed to return to. Hes apparently been with the company a few years, and I cant imagine I am the first to have an encounter like this with him so this is clearly behavior Hawx is comfortable with.Hawx Services, LLC

We emailed and called attempt to cancel service. On the call to cancel service the man said we have to talk to billing and he would not cancel service. My wife asked me to call billing to cancel service, after a lengthy hold I when through the verifcation and requested that service be cancled. ******* said that she could not cancel service because my wife's name was on the contract. I guess the service was OK, but it's very hard to do business with these people , After a one year contract, which we paid, they are now billing for services in the future quarterwhich have yet to be providedHawx Services, LLC
