I have used Hawx pest service a year now. When you start service they lock you in a one year contract. When it's time to cancel your service they make it nearly impossible to reach anyone. You will be put on hold for a very long time. When asked for a call back if for some reason you missed that call back you will have to repeat the cycle of waiting to get a hold of someone who can help you cancel your service. The representatives that do answer your calls can't cancel your service without a manager approval and again will put you back in the call back list and as explained by those representatives the call back can be anything up to 72 hours. Absolutely ridiculous service. I would not recommend this service provider to anyone due to the poor customer service when you need to change or cancel your service.Hawx Services, LLC

WATCH OUT! VERY POOR FOLLOW THROUGH ON CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very disappointed with **********************. their salesman came to my door and offered me a year long contract at a discount. He promised me that what I was paying for included, indoor flea treatment. In fact, he wrote it in the notes several times to make sure the technician that was coming out knew that I wanted to have my house treated indoors for fleas. but when the technician showed up, he told me I was only covered for fleas outside, and if I want to have it taken care of indoors, I would have to pay more. Everyone agreed they'd messed up, including the salesman who called me and apologized, saying it was 100% his fault, but they insisted if I wanted indoor treatment for fleas, I had to pay more. They're mistakes should not be my problem; I demanded they honor our original agreement, the technician waited around to see if someone would respond, but no one did. I emailed their customer service, and asked the sales representative to talk to his boss, but I still havent heard back from them and they still haven't set a new time to treat my house. Id avoid this company if I were you! They dont care about their customers once they have you signed up!Hawx Services, LLC

1 starThey deserve no stars. This company is terrible. They are not helpful and do not care about their customers just their monthly payment. There is one girl that you can talk to and she will not let you talk to anyone else. I asked to talk to the owner, she told me "good luck finding him". They are also almost impossible to get in touch with. You can email them but they email back for you to call the same number you've been calling. Their sales team that goes door to door are not honest. I signed up for mosquitoes to find out almost a year later that they sprayed once for mosquitos and that wasn't in my contract. Told to me by the unlovely person I mentioned earlier. Before you sign anything with these people make sure you read every word because what the sales people are saying is not what's in your contract. I moved and don't need their services, I called to cancel and even with all the above mentioned she still charged me for the last month and would give no concessions with all the problems and lies I was told. Yes, I should have read every last word but it's a little hard when you have 2 salesmen staring at you telling you what's in the contract. For example, they spray for mosquitoes every time-LIE, if you still have mosquitoes, they will come back every week-LIE, you can let them know on your account online and they will come back-LIE DO NOT Listen to their sales people and if you do the lady that will answer your call will seem really friendly and helpful at first but she cares about nothing but money. If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible customer service and literally no way to cancel a plan online or speak to a competent representative. They want to keep you trapped in Auto-Pay and leave you on hold or with a robot until you're beyond frustrated and eventually give up then they keep taking your money. Canceled service once services were completed. Have proof of all payments made after service. They continue to call and email harassing stating we owe over $300. **************** is horrible. Pests persisted after services were complete which is why we canceled in the first place. STAY AWAYHawx Services, LLC

Horrible service, They charge you and charge you and charge you. They never stop charging you. They do not treat for bugs, they do not treat for Bee's as requested. They said there would be no dead rodents, I have dead rodents everywhere. This morning was supposed to be service for Bee's, and they treated for Mosquitos'. They have a good product but they have a bait and switch business model. The company calls you to align you with their "auto-draft" monthly agreement to take away that the monthly payment is more than the per application payment you were previously paying. They also start withdrawing the funding prior to rendering any services. Worst part is when contacting their contact center regarding your concern, they simply refer back to the agreement you signed and their system automation handling everything. No accountability. When i asked them to review my prior call to see if my frustration is warranted, the representative told me "She knows the person who handled my call, and they are very good. They could not have possibly miscommunicated the process to me. " I guess it is just me who expect that services or goods are rendered or at least communicated a plan before being charged. I will lower my expectations in the future.Hawx Services, LLC

If I could do a 0 that is what they would get, unfortunately, there is no zero star available. I gave them a second chance at making things right but once I started the nightmare began. The sales person offered services that the service manager said they don't offer or are on the productsw he sold me so I have to add more services to my contract. If I cancelled I would pay a cancel fee or what they call discounted service fee now so I rode the contract through. Everytime I need service I have to schedule it and reschedule it to get the full service because they either can do the exterior or interior so then i have to reschedule one or the other. I emphasize what I want them to focust on and it still does not get done and once again I have to go through with a reschedule. I called 30 days ahead of time to request that my contract does not get renewed and they say they dont automatically renew contracts but I have to call and cancel. I was already on the line with them so I requested that they do not withdrawl the money from my account once my contract is over and they said I have to call back the day of because they are unable to update my account for it not to withdraw or renew. They are waiting that I forget to call them and request that it not be charged. What kind of service is that? They always have an excuse of why they cant meet my requested services or cancellation request. It's always an excuse so now I have to call them before they wothdrawl the next payment and my question is why can they schedule those but not schedule the now withdrawl request?Hawx Services, LLC
