Same thing as everyone else. Lied about the service they were providing initially and then have been a total pain to get my service cancelled. DO NOT work with Hawx, but if you do DO NOT sign anything until you have read the contract in full.

Horrible crooks! They told me one thing and then did a completely different thing in the contract. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that they werent trained to do that. They were only there for the day to day work not to speak to a customer. I asked to escalate the problem and was told there was no department for me to do that. I want to get out of my contract with no penalties and not use them because of the problems I am having with them. I had more bugs when they came out than I even had in the first place. They have no customer service teamyou can only basically cancel at a $199 charge or continue paying monthly which is not what I was told during the set up of my contract.Hawx Services, LLC

The absolute worst company I have seen. Cannot cancel service. Cant speak to a supervisor. I have as many pest as a year ago when they started. I honestly think they spray with water. Forget calling I sat on hold a minimum of 30 minutes each time I have tried calling. Cant leave a message, so if you work and need to call them forget it. After 5 the call simply says "call back during business hours" The only reason I am leaving one star is because I had to. Run dont walk away from this Company!!!!!!!Hawx Services, LLC

Came to my door and ran my card before I was in agreement. All he could say was sorry despite not going over the terms of the contract. I am still on hold this morning his mistake 14 hours ago great way to start the morning. Terrible company already on hold for over a half hour to go through the cancelation process. 1 starI do not recommend these clowns. They promise something and do not follow through. Make an appointment and did not notify bother to lets us know if they are coming out. Did reschedule for a couple of days later. Rain washed out that day, which I understand, and I tried to reschedule again. The best they could do is three weeks later and we are swarmed by mosquitos today. They were supposed to come out 4 times a year. Every 3 months. Did not see or hear from them til I phoned them after 6 months. Then I was promised 2 foggings for mosquitos. Now they are going to do only one. I am fed up with them. Only giving one star because theres not a zero rating. They deserve less than that. Screwed over by door to door sales rep promising certain services that were performed by previous pest companies. None of it was true. Now Ive lost my termite bond to the existing property and to get a new one will cost over a $1000. Poor representation with no resolve in sight. I can't tell you about their service this was all about my bad experience with their cancellation and the back and forth I had to go through to cancel my subscription. First, a gentleman came to my door after a long day at work, so he caught me off guard and at a bad time. To say I wasn't ready is an understatement. I could have stuck to my guns and said no and if I needed the service researched them and then subscribed to their service, I didn't.Two days later, I was thinking about their service, the amount I had to pay over the year, and I felt didn't need them. The cancellation says that I had to mail the cancellation to them within 3 days to ****. I live in ** so I tried to ***** it overnight that didn't happen it still was mailed on the third day.I ended up paying them an early termination fee ($200+1 $69 per month) = ******. I sent my cancellation via ***** on time but I fell short so instead of prolonging this I paid to cancel.The bottom line we should be diligent when giving an okay and I know better. I am writing this as a warning to other potential subscribers to understand and read their cancellation guidelines for Hawx Smart Pest Patrol, LLC.Hawx Services, LLC

Horrible Company. I've cancelled my service yet they charged termination fee. I'm USAF Veteran - this is exploitation/ predatory company. They charged $199 just to cancel for the trial service. They won't stop communication via text even though FCC regulates Do Not Call And Stop Text for communication. I already told them to STOP text communication they still persist. I already told them to Stop Calling - On Do Not Call List they still persist. I will be reporting complaints on FCC on this company as United *************** Veteran This Triggering PTSD. Bad service at the home. Bad **************** on the phone. More pest problems after a year with this company than ever before. Communication is terrible. Tech's in the field do the bare minimum and are unaware of home-specific requests that are made to customer service, even though the system is set up for such requests to be made to customer service. Stay away from this company it is a waste of your money.Hawx Services, LLC
