Beware of This Company!This is a scam! A door-to-door salesman refused to leave my home despite my repeated refusals. If they show up at your door, DO NOT sign anything and feel free to be rude. This 20-year-old used every trick in the book, all lies. I was distracted by my kids while dealing with this ***** and ended up signing up for what I thought would be $50 per quarterturns out it was $50 per month. As for their service, they almost never show up, and when they do, they just dust off cobwebs outside and take pictures. Their business practices are terrible, and their staff is rude and pushy. This company should lose its accreditation. Avoid them at all costs!

The door-to-door customer service *** that signed us up pressured us by telling me my neighbor "******" had a ***** problem. He proceeded to show me a picture of hundreds of roaches they killed just from under her microwave. I have a camera in the front yard that caught our whole conversation. I believe it is not ethical to disclose personal information about a neighbor. I let someone in office know and he said that it is fine and he would want to know if his neighbor had roaches.The guys that came out to the property were nice but they did not let me know it would be extra to get rid of German roaches. They proceeded to come out and I did not see a change in activity for any of the pests. (Outside roaches, German roaches, ants, and earwigs.) ** was kind and agreed to helping me if I sign another 12 month contract, but I honestly just want out. I feel like I was pressured into signing up and didn't see any results from the pest control.Hawx Services, LLC

1 starFraudulent, Deceptive, and ***************** Avoid at All Costs!Hawx Pest Control is by far the most dishonest and unethical company I have ever dealt with. Their entire business model is built on fraud, lies, and deception. I was repeatedly charged for services that were never provided, and every time I tried to cancel, I was met with blatant lies, endless runarounds, and outright refusal to close my account.I had to spend over an hour on the phone just to force them to close my account after multiple fake assurances that the process was already underway. Their customer service is a nightmarethey will transfer you from one representative to another, making false promises while continuing to bill you for services you never received. I have phone records proving their repeated deception, and they even ignored my multiple cancellation requests while continuing to charge me.This is not an isolated incidentHawx Pest Control has been SUED by ****************** for engaging in these same fraudulent practices. The lawsuit filed against them on August 28, 2024, accuses them of illegal high-pressure sales tactics, deceptive contracts, unauthorized charges, and billing customers for ******************** that were never provided. These exact issues happened to me, proving this is a systemic scam that they run on unsuspecting customers.I have no doubt that this company deliberately preys on consumers, locking them into contracts and refusing to cancel, all while charging for nonexistent services. If you are considering doing business with Hawx Pest ControlDONT. There are countless legitimate pest control companies out there. Hawx is nothing but a fraudulent scam operation that deserves to be shut down.If you've been scammed by Hawx, file complaints with the BBB, FTC, and your states ************************. We signed up with ****, however, we never knew when they were coming to treat our property, and when we attempted to call, they were not answering their phone. We finally reached someone and cancelled our service. Sadly, we had signed the Contract which states that if we cancel, we pay a $199 to cancel service. We paid that! Then they sent us a bill saying that we cancelled after service date, which is ONLY because of their simply not answering calls. Horrible service, and now they are threatening to get their attorney involved if we don't pay the $124 in question. ON PRINCIPLE, WE WILL NOT PAY THIS!!!Hawx Services, LLC

i have been a customer for 2 years and feel completely scammed! I tried to cancel the outdoor service back in October. the lady talked me into keeping it by dropping the cost from 79 to 55. ok cool. I have a dog so the tick protection isnt bad. My credit card on file expired so i had to go online to pay. i noticed in feb that i was paying for outdoor service in dec and jan. why??? so i called and they told me i was switched to a year round payment plan. so now im paying more then i would if i stayed on the seasonal plan. the agent confirmed this and yet said he couldn't refund me. he dropped my reg service to 40 a month but told me i had to pay the 55 for the current outdoor charge. after a min he agreed to take that off my bill. after talking to my neighbor who just canceled with them for the very same reason, i am looking for another company and will cancel by the end of the week. how can you tell me that yes your paying more but there is nothing i can do about it. such a bad way to do business! btw, i was cancelling the outdoor package because i was certain they were just spraying water and taking pics. i would have to spray with cutter the very next day or even the same day on some occasions as we were being eaten up from mosquitos. then ofcourse it would be a week before they could come spray again.Hawx Services, LLC

They sell you a monthly subscription and you have to pay year round, even when not receiving service. Supposed to receive service April - October. The first few months are great, they came out and communicate well. Then they stop showing completely but still charge you. I talked to 3 different people about cancelling my account. Thought it was cancelled each time but kept being billed. Then they started showing again once I stopped making payments and changed my credit card information. I was lied to about my contract. Lied to about the service I received. Asked for proof of service several times and they wouldn't provide it. They are horrible to work with.Hawx Services, LLC

Had services with them for years. They did ok at first. They have salesmen tbst try to fear ****** you about rodents and termites. My big complaint though is there sales team that will enroll customers in offers. They lie to the customer on what theyre signing up for. They lie to the customer about cancelation policies. I then called them about the cancellation policy and requested a supervisor and they said they could not send me to a supervisor for that. I feel scammed by these people. Theyre trying to charge me $200 to cancel a service and I never agreed to this. Companies like this should not be allowed to be in business. Whatever happened with *** Click to Cancel rule that was enacted? These people are refusing to let me cancel my service and refusing to let me speak to a supervisor.Hawx Services, LLC

I have a contract with **** for a problem with cockroaches. They have been coming to spray for them but they are still here. Two weeks ago; the man (technician) employed by Hawx tell me that I needed to pay $800 to get rid of German roaches. I did call other Pest control businesses to ask about the difference. A cockroach is a cockroach; I also googled it and looked at the add online (that Hawx has ) it doesnt show the difference in the name of the cockroach!! I have a defibrillator and I have been itching from seeing them ( now in meds for that) I did notify the company of my problems of that. They assured me that they would handle the issue. Then when the employee came out he said I have German roaches and I would have pull all my items out of areas like Im moving and pay $800 for them to remove them. This company is false advertising and they are not doing the correct treatment when entering homes. I do want all my money back from them because they have not did anything as said.Hawx Services, LLC

THE **********************. Their sales people are coercive, bully and lie about the contracts they're selling. There is a HUGE disconnect between their sales people and the people who actually handle the contracts. There's ZERO communication in this company, until a customer calls them angry.The company just withdrew over $900 for "services" that didn't work or didn't happen because "you missed a payment" and instead of reinstating the services once you're caught up, they just continue to bill you for the subscription.They refuse to let you talk to anyone above them. They don't update notes. I was told that I was put on a payment plan AND THAT WAS A LIE.Hawx Services, LLC
