They sell you a monthly subscription and you have to pay year round, even when not receiving service. Supposed to receive service April - October. The first few months are great, they came out and communicate well. Then they stop showing completely but still charge you. I talked to 3 different people about cancelling my account. Thought it was cancelled each time but kept being billed. Then they started showing again once I stopped making payments and changed my credit card information. I was lied to about my contract. Lied to about the service I received. Asked for proof of service several times and they wouldn't provide it. They are horrible to work with.Hawx Services, LLC

Had services with them for years. They did ok at first. They have salesmen tbst try to fear ****** you about rodents and termites. My big complaint though is there sales team that will enroll customers in offers. They lie to the customer on what theyre signing up for. They lie to the customer about cancelation policies. I then called them about the cancellation policy and requested a supervisor and they said they could not send me to a supervisor for that. I feel scammed by these people. Theyre trying to charge me $200 to cancel a service and I never agreed to this. Companies like this should not be allowed to be in business. Whatever happened with *** Click to Cancel rule that was enacted? These people are refusing to let me cancel my service and refusing to let me speak to a supervisor.Hawx Services, LLC

I have a contract with **** for a problem with cockroaches. They have been coming to spray for them but they are still here. Two weeks ago; the man (technician) employed by Hawx tell me that I needed to pay $800 to get rid of German roaches. I did call other Pest control businesses to ask about the difference. A cockroach is a cockroach; I also googled it and looked at the add online (that Hawx has ) it doesnt show the difference in the name of the cockroach!! I have a defibrillator and I have been itching from seeing them ( now in meds for that) I did notify the company of my problems of that. They assured me that they would handle the issue. Then when the employee came out he said I have German roaches and I would have pull all my items out of areas like Im moving and pay $800 for them to remove them. This company is false advertising and they are not doing the correct treatment when entering homes. I do want all my money back from them because they have not did anything as said.Hawx Services, LLC

THE **********************. Their sales people are coercive, bully and lie about the contracts they're selling. There is a HUGE disconnect between their sales people and the people who actually handle the contracts. There's ZERO communication in this company, until a customer calls them angry.The company just withdrew over $900 for "services" that didn't work or didn't happen because "you missed a payment" and instead of reinstating the services once you're caught up, they just continue to bill you for the subscription.They refuse to let you talk to anyone above them. They don't update notes. I was told that I was put on a payment plan AND THAT WAS A LIE.Hawx Services, LLC

Charging my credit card different times for services I never received the account is over 3 years old they came out to my house one time I paid $100 and never could get them to come out again for the same problem now they hit my credit card up with $560 for no service at all rip off dishonest company don't do service with themHawx Services, LLC

They do not train their door to door salespeople: they are coercive and do no explain the terms of the contract properly. The pest services are sub par. I have had a better experience with other businesses in town.Hawx Services, LLC

They do extra services without permission and charge extra charges that aren't in the contract. Their tech lied to them about us cancelling the service so they charged it bank account 490 dollars which put out account negative and when we called and tried to talk about it the account manager was rude and hung up on me with no resolution. We are very disappointed in services with Hawx Pest Control. Giving them zero stars would be more accurate. We have tried to stay with them for a year because we were told that if we cancelled our contract earlier than the 1 year, we would be charged $200. What's been so frustrating is that we pay $85 per month, but they only come spray 1x every 3 months. Each time we are due to have our home sprayed, no one reaches out to schedule. We receive a text message on that day saying that a tech is in route, but of course we are at work. Pictures were taken of the exterior, however, no one would be at home to verify the nor could the inside of our home or backyard be sprayed. This would happen each time, and each time we would have to call to set up a time when we were home. This last time was the final stray because we are tired of having to beg them to do their job correctly! To make matters worse, we called to cancel the service, and now we are getting messages saying that we must speak to an account manager to cancel our service and messages from the account manager rotating how many days that it has been since we called to cancel. The messages say that we will continue to be billed and our account will remain active. This company uses predatory practices, and they do not want to accept no for an answer. We only wish to be rid of this company, and we do not want to be charged for early termination because we believe that they breached their contract by not fulfilling their obligations.Hawx Services, LLC

Expensive ****** learned. "Treatments" did not eliminate chiggers and my mole problem is worse than before they started. They did not call/text ahead of time for a couple of the visits they said they completed. Only one technician actually went into the garden. When they do show up it is 15 minutes or less. I no longer trust them in my yard/on my property. Called to cancel the service. ******* kept wanting to provide a warranty service. I wanted to cancel and did not even ask for a refund. She lost no time in charging my credit card $398 for the cancellation. She refused to let me speak to her manager/director. Extremely dissatisfied with this company and their lack of professionalism, or integrity. I had to select one star to leave a review. It would have been zero stars if possible.Hawx Services, LLC

We have been using Hawks Pest Control since 2021, but unfortunately, our experience over the past several months has been deeply disappointing. The issues began when one of their technicians falsely claimed they had entered my home and provided services when, in fact, they did not. They merely stopped by, took a photo of the exterior, sprayed the front yard, and left. Despite waiting all day for them to complete a full service, they failed to do so.Since August, I have repeatedly reached out to their customer service department seeking a resolution. I was consistently promised a call back, but no one from their billing department or customer support ever followed through. Communication with this company has been frustratingly one-sided; they send frequent text messages but rarely make calls or leave ****************, after months of back-and-forth and no resolution, I spoke with a representative named Jade, who provided a final discount of $25. I ultimately paid $60 to close out my quarterly contract. While Jade was courteous and helpful, she was the exception in an otherwise unprofessional and inattentive customer service team.Hawks Pest ********************** seems far more efficient at billing than at delivering the services they promise. Their technicians do not perform thorough inspections or treatments unless you are physically present to oversee their work. Claims that they service your home thoroughly, both inside and out, are questionable at best.I do not recommend Hawks Pest Control to anyone. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inadequate service make them one of the worst pest control companies *** encountered. I am relieved to be done with them and would strongly advise others to explore alternatives.Hawx Services, LLC
