      VASA Fitness are a bunch of crooks. If you cancel your membership, they dont tell you you have to send a letter in writing. Its in the fine print of the contract and youre expected to remember that. Then, they wait several months and send you to collections. Boo VASA.

      They lied to me for personal training membership. Ive prove for that. They said its very easy to cancel. But its not. Ive been charged a lot of money and I didnt take complete personal training. On the time of membership they asked me to **** * months and I told them I might not be able to complete that. They said its very easy to cancel. Even there are $100 for cancellation charges. They never told me. Right now I froze my subscription. I dont know how to get out of this.

      Hi **** I am sorry to hear your experience has been less than satisfactory. You are currently in an active personal training subscription. In order to cancel due to relocation, we'll need a proof of move, which would be a utility bill or lease/rental agreement in your name. There's also a $100 cancellation fee. Once we receive the proof of move and cancellation fee we can get the account canceled out. If you're not moving you can sell/transfer the account to someone else with a $100 transfer fee. The new person would pick up the subscription where you left off. Please let us know if you have further questions. Thanks.

      Extremely malignant cancellation policy that feels illegal and probably is.- They make it as difficult as possible to look up your account (not just member ID, but club ID too is needed, and that isn't listed anywhere!)- They claim it only costs money to cancel in the first 6 months but then charge you 24 bucks anyway - Attempts to cancel by phone lead to a phone tree nightmare that they never answer Really horrible and unethical company.

Anything owed up until the date of cancellation and any payments set to draft in the next 30 days are owed. So one final payment of $21.99 is owed. Please let us know if you have further questions.       Pool isnt clean. ***** has mold. They have hidden fees for everything. You want out you have to pay a charge to cancel. Trainers are not good, they are not knowledgeable. You are better off getting a planet fitness membership and hiring a personal trainer.

      I loved vasa! Unfortunately my work account wasnt cancelled and went into default without my knowledge. I have called so many times nobody seems to want to resolve anything. And say on hold for hours to be told I needed to send a email. They had two accounts with the same amount. one from my previous employer and one I opened after I left the company. Now this customers support is nonexistent at ****, I told an employee that the steam room wasnt working and she told me to go to the new gym.

      I am disappointed corporate decided to no longer offer any cycling classes at ****, *********, ********. Since corporate wants this location to be a pilot program for another premium zone program. Corporate has discarding their wonderful cycle trainers and *************** I was in a cycle class with 17 people and told to find somewhere else to go. However, there are no location near me that offer cycling option. I however, I could drive 15 miles out of my way to attend a location that has a small amount of options for their ************ family of four is forced out will need to go Chuz Fitness just 1/2 mile from ****: it is disappointing this club so readily discards members and their staff. I have enjoyed Vasa cycling class for years and will no longer recommend this company.Its all about the money.

      Predatory - charged for a class I never scheduled, and would not refund the $3 fee. They also charge hidden fees (pricing rate guarantee? Which is total BS) and was told via text conversation that it would cost $120 each to cancel our accounts and then was charged $160+ each. Biggest gym scam ever! I have belonged to Lifetime Fitness and VillaSport in the past and both were much more honest and helpful. I will be going back to ********** - (left due to pandemic) the ********************** are far superior to ***** and the locker room cleanliness is night and day better.

      I knew that I could only attend for 2 1/2 weeks, so I told the attendant that and she set me up on the 25$ plan where I could have the first month free with a sale that they were doing, and TOLD ME that when I went to cancel I would only get a 25$ fee. Only when I went to cancel was I made aware of the 30 day extra month of payment. This is an act of deceitful pricing carried out from contracted associate of ****. I explicitly wanted the cheapest option and she said that what I did was it at 25$. The info about the next months charge is obscured until you attempt to cancel the membership. Nobody would question it because its a grossly unfair practice to contract clients to be charged for a service that they can no longer use.

      Enrolled in **************** Powers new facility but they set my preferred facility to ********. Changed it to Powers and was charged $25 for this Called HQ to explain, not my mistake, was who enrolled me. Still was charged and refunded $25 so system entry by personal either not accurate or system not setup. So warn COS people at ****** facility of this
