5 starsSecurityMetrics - 5-Stars I recently used Security Metrics to help me with achieving PCI Compliance and could not have been happier with the experience that my representative ***** *. provided. This is my first attempt at starting up a small business where I will be handling/receiving credit card information, and ***** and the folks at SecurityMetrics make an extremely overwhelming process incredibly painless and easy.She walked me through all of their plan options, the benefits of each, and asked very specific and intentional questions to identify which plan will be the best for me and my company. ***** even stayed on the line to walk me through the SecurityMetrics web portal and my account screen, giving me a personal tour of the site and what my next/first steps should be. 5 starsWithout Ericas wealth of knowledge, experience and willingness to educate me, I would have been lost on behalf of my business in securing the requisite security software, completing the proper survey and running the scans. She was more than happy to walk me through the entire process. It would be nice if all employees were willing to provide the same level of customer service as I received from *****.
