      Excellent service.very professional and did an awesome job. Left no mess to clean up afterwards. Followed up and continued to stay in contact making sure we were satisfied with the service. Explained everything in laymans terms. Great customer service.would recommend to friends and family.

      The installation process went very well. The installers worked through terrible heat and completed the job in less than two days. They were very conscientious in making sure there was no debris left behind. They were very polite and communicated well.

      I really loved that the *** accurately described the process and the company kept us in the loop on the progress of the installation. We did hit a little snag and were striking out trying to contact the correct department or person in the company to address the issue. We contacted the sales *** to complain about that and he took care of it immediately. The installers were great. They arrived on time and were friendly and efficient. We have been using the system for 4 months. For March and April our electric bill was bout half, and for May and June we only paid $15 usage fee and started banking excess energy for future use. So far so good :)

      Weather affected our installation. Crew was professional and courteous. They did not complete in 2 days due to thunderstorms. Crew could not tell me when they could come back to finish as they had another job scheduled for the following day. Sales representative was instrumental in getting a replacement crew out the next day to finish the job.

      Got panels on the roof so thats a star and ill give another star for the install being done in 4 hours. BUT Im not giving more stars singmce I'll be paying for the damage caused to my roof vents. The installers absolutely destroyed the ridge vents, i wastold someone would come remove the solor panels so "you can replace them" except im not the one that broke my vents. I'm still waiting for an email from the "Project manger" (or so he called himself) with the app I'm supposed to use to monitor the system, not that it'd do any good since my system still isn't working. So far absolutely nothing I was pitched has happened. Im not thrilled at all with having to fix what blue raven broke, my sytem isnt even working and frankly paying for power is far more cheaper than shelling out $400+ a month for solar.
