  Got panels on the roof so thats a star and ill give another star for the install being done in 4 hours. BUT Im not giving more stars singmce I'll be paying for the damage caused to my roof vents. The installers absolutely destroyed the ridge vents, i wastold someone would come remove the solor panels so "you can replace them" except im not the one that broke my vents. I'm still waiting for an email from the "Project manger" (or so he called himself) with the app I'm supposed to use to monitor the system, not that it'd do any good since my system still isn't working. So far absolutely nothing I was pitched has happened. Im not thrilled at all with having to fix what blue raven broke, my sytem isnt even working and frankly paying for power is far more cheaper than shelling out $400+ a month for solar.

  While we i initially left a positive review regarding the installation process, we are having difficulties with the removal for a new roof. We were told verbally that this would be done at no cost, but were referred to the contact that specifically states that no verbal statements will be honored. We should gave known better. Once we got through to someone they were very responsive in order to get our payment. Now that we need a date for removal there is no response. I am now very anxious about this whole situation.

  I have had the solar panels for one year and have had no problems. On installation one panel was damaged and it was replaced within the day. Their help line is outstanding. It has covered my complete electrical needs. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

  Door to door salesman soliciting in a no-solo riding neighborhood and ringing doorbells after 9:00 pm. Very inappropriate and disruptive.

  Their quality of work was good.Overall the entire experience really left something to be desired. Their sales person we had was not super pushy, but did provide incorrect information, fail to follow up on things where the answer was not an exciting thing to reply about, and made promises that were not in the contract and when issues later arose, the company did not make good on those promises.We are left needing to pay them roughly $4,000 to move the installed hardware to fix a leaking roof despite the sales person saying if this happened within 10 years they would cover the labor. This happened a couple years after installation. After talking with them repeatedly, it seems our options are to pay them the 4k or risk losing their warranty.If everything looks like what you want, I imagine they would be fine to use, but I can't stress enough to make sure everything is in the contract. It should be a given for any job, but for those of us who are trusting we need a reminder that sales guys are out to make a buck more than be honest far too often and those guys are employed here.

  We are still in the instillation process, but have been for much longer than expected. They have told us we need to be home for an install step when we didnt need to be, they told us we could install on a Thursday and after no one showed up we learned the installers were in training that day and couldn't come out, and even now we ask weekly what is next or what we need to do and hear there is nothing needed from us before telling us there is something new to sign or send in. We are very frustrated by the process. We had a much more positive experience with another local company.

  I contacted Blue Solar after conducting thorough research on several solar companies in my local area. Blue Solar stood out as one of the best options, primarily because they had a local representative, Mr. ********* whom I highly recommend. Unlike other companies, he wasn't located in another state. The entire process went very smoothly, with Blue Solar handling all aspects, including HOA and permit approvals, as well as inspections with the local electrical company. Installation day proceeded as planned and was completed as promised, even though it happened to be the hottest day of the year. I want to give kudos to the installation team for their hard work in setting up my system.
