1 starBuyer beware! I paid to have my panels repaired. They didnt receive all of the parts ordered.. The technician came out to find that 3 parts were not delivered. Reordered the parts and now want me to pay again for their mistake. All they had to do was call and verify how many parts were delivered, before coming to do the job. Instead they did a partial job , with 3 panels still not working. I called when the parts came in, Was told that I would have to pay an additional $300 ( thats a discount) to have them come out again. In what world is it the customers fault they didnt get the correct amount of parts delivered? I wish I never bought solar. I will never see a return on my money. The upkeep and repairs are more than electric bill. Buying solar put a second mortgage on my home, dont remember the salesman telling me that. I found out when I refinanced. Solar is not worth the headache and this company is horrible at customer service.Review fromAlan T

The installation team did a great job, they were polite and professional. Worked extremely hard and got the panels up within the quoted timeframe. I was very disappointed that the backhoe wasn't available for use on the first day, so the worker borrowed our shovels to did a trench to bury power lines. The company sent the backhoe on second day, by then it wasn't needed. Also, I left instructions of where I wanted them to enter property and offload equipment. This message wasn't passed to the silvery team or installers. Over all the installation went very well, it still needs to pass inspection and get connected. I have had great interactions with Blue Raven. My solar panels were installed two years ago. The installation was well done and the engineers were very careful with my roof. Their drawings took into account an older porch and its limitations. After a significant hail storm a year ago the panels had to be removed for a new roof. They were reinstalled nicely and have been working well ever since. I highly recommend Blue Raven.Blue Raven Solar, LLC

3 starsWas told that a day after the electrical panel was updated they would put the solar panels up 5 days later they got the panels up however the electrician never showed up to do there part so still on hold for a couple more days till we go solarReview fromNelly M

1 starI was an employee for blue raven Solar.I did not get payed for my work. My district manager **** out of Charlotte *** said that bc i never got a pitch witch to yall mean a job lines up. My 4 hours of orientation was not paid for either. It's a **** up company Go get your solar power from somewhere else please. They don't pay there employees correctly. Good nightReview fromKaren D

I have had solar now for 2 years, so glad I had these panels installed. Blue Raven was so easy and helpful from the beginning and I have had excellent help when an issue has come up......nothing serious just information. ******** install team did a great job with adding panels to my existing array. They arrived on time, completed the work within expected window, and left my garage and home area clean. They even added a pull cord onto my crawl space hatch door.Blue Raven Solar, LLC
