      They came door to door and saleperson misrepresented intentions (I agreed to accept their info, not do a full rundown of services). I cancelled the meeting and said I wasn't interested. They have called, texted, or emailed me constantly for a month despite me blocking callers, telling them I wasn't interested, etc. I would be VERY wary of any company that won't take no for an answer.

      Professional sales **** installation was completed on time and as expected. The system has performed great for the year installed. Power production exceeded the estimates.

      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Blue Raven Solar regarding the misleading information and unfulfilled promises made by your sales representative during the sign-up ********** the time of enrollment, I was assured by the sales representative that I would receive 18 monthly payments credited to my account. I have been waiting for these credits for the past six months. Each time I inquired, the representative claimed there was a delay in issuing the checks. Trusting her word, I continued to wait.After four months of receiving the same response, I contacted Blue Ravens customer support directly to seek clarification. It was then that I was informed that I had been registered under a different membership plan, which is not eligible for the 18-month credit offer. When I confronted the sales representative with this information, she continued to assure me that she was in discussions with her Regional Managerconversations that never materialized. Since then, she has stopped answering my calls entirely.I have escalated this issue and submitted all relevant documentation, including screenshots of messages exchanged with the sales representative, over a month ago via email. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any response from your team.This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and financial strain. It is deeply disappointing to experience such a lack of accountability and transparency. I urge Blue Raven Solar to review this matter seriously and respond with a resolution *********** a word of caution to others: do not rely solely on what is promised by sales representatives. In my experience, they rushed the sign-up process, omitted important information, and ultimately became unresponsive when questioned about their commitments. This is unacceptable customer service.I hope to receive a response to this complaint as soon as possible Thanks

      The sales man pitched me they would provide me 103% of my electric needs 8 yrs ago. They installed 19 panels. I continued to get bills from my electric, though they were much less then before the panels. I called Blue Raven and asked why they had not installed enough panels to cover all of my usage. They said if I wanted more panels" you will have to pay for them", I did not buy more panels $$$$. Now 8 yrs later I had huge electric bills so I called Blue Raven to come out and find the problem. They way they work, you must pay upfront, Before anyone even diagnoses the problem. $349.00! He said that amount covered 2 hours of labor. Turns out that a different worker (electric company) had turned off the power box when servicing my electric meter, and forgot to turn it back on. So the Blue Raven tech turned the k*** to on. That was all he did. He was here only 15 minutes. I tried to get a partial refund from Blue Raven Solar, but they refused. The tech was local, so it did was not a long drive to my home. They are a very greedy company, and I am very sorry I ever signed a contract to have their panels installed. I am sure there are much more reputable solar companies available. Don't choose Blue Raven (now called Complete Solar!).

      The solar panel equipment install was easy and fast; however getting the city inspector and *********** to complete their tasks so that the system could be accepted and turned on could have better coordinated. Now that everything works we are extremely pleased with the monthly cost savings we are receiving. 1 year and no problems. I would recommend Blue Solar

      The company is very professional. They follow up closely on each step of the project. They work call and text to keep me updated on the progress of the project. We had to change the design due to cutting down some trees. The company was able to update the design within a few days. During the installation the crew has to come back again due to not having enough supply for something. And the supplier mailed us the supply after the installation was completed. I had to call the company and offer to drop it off at *** for them. So thats a little extra that I had to do. The installation was done within the same week. So it wasnt a big deal for someone who work from home.

      The install team did a great job putting up our 23 solar panels today. They arrived on time, and while the delivery of the panels was a little delayed, they stayed later that scheduled in order to finish the install in one day. Everything looks great and cant wait to be able to use them!

      I have had solar now for ***. Im so glad I had these panels installed. I Would definitely recommend Blue Raven to anyone wanting Solar.
