1 starInstallation was later than agreed upon. 3.5 months after the panels were installed the micro inverters failed. They have sent a service person out who arrived very late in the afternoon twice with no resolution to the problem. He left a safety board nailed to the roof two weeks ago with the expectation he would be out later but has not come back. I wrote an email to the support department and the executive team about poor communication and customer service. I had one reply NOT from the executive management concerning the issue saying they would reach back out on Friday the 9th of September, 2022. Not surprisingly they did not reach out with a resolution. The panels micro inverters have now been out since July 30, 2022. Please do yourself a favor and do not use Blue Raven solar to install your solar panels. When they were late for installation they passed the buck onto the city inspectors. Now when the micro inverters are out they pass the buck onto their partner who supplies the panels and accuses them of not willing to warranty yetOverall- Poor communication, Poor customer service, Faulty product, a total lack of motivation to take care of the customer, and no accountability for selling garbage product and service.Review fromLynne G

Blue Raven has been great to work with - careful and always keeping me informed as to the status of the project. The guys who installed the solar panels were very helpful and accommodating. My only complaint is that I asked them to tell me when they were done, but they did not - they cleaned up and left. Problem is that they left my garage door open, as well as the back door to my house. I am looking forward to seeing the benefits of installing solar.Blue Raven Solar, LLC

This is the second home that I had Blue Raven install Solar Panels on. Installation went great and was on done on the promised date and time. The first day there was a slight problem with some missing hardware, but the crew came back on Labor Day no less and finished the install. Now, just waiting for the City of Aurora to clear the permit and XCel Energy to install the net meter and we'll be all set to go!Blue Raven Solar, LLC

From my research to find the best equipment to ************* introductory sales visit, our Blue Raven experience was top-shelf! Electrician ***, showed up early this morning with a great smile and excellent energy! His young helpers arrived and were well managed. Install was complete before the estimated finish time.
