So far, so good. The panels have been installed and we are waiting for final inspections and approval to activate the system Blue Raven has been a great company to work with on this process. They have handled all the paperwork, permits, approvals and scheduling. They even contacted our HOA for us and made sure they had the information they needed. The representatives we've worked with have all been responsive and professional. Looking forward to turning the system on and seeing how it works.Blue Raven Solar, LLC

Their delivery crew dropped everything off yesterday and their installation crew installed everything today. I'm sure I was a difficult sale. I'll say that from the beginning. I pushed back and questioned the sales rep ***** about the products. Izz even had to send me a couple additional quotes for things after our first meeting. *** was great though, and answered all my questions and concerns. Blue Raven worked with our HOA and county to get approvals for the project. We did not have to do anything! Super easy and convenient! The installation was FAST! Not even a full day to install the panels and connect two new thermostats! If you are looking for a solar company, check out Blue Raven. They have excellent reviews from experts as well as customers. Get a quote and see how they compare. Remember, you haven't bought anything until you sign on the dotted line. I'm glad I did.Now if only we can figure out sustainable and renewable water....Blue Raven Solar, LLC

3 starsEverything was straight forward and moved smoothly.Install team was A+: efficient, courteous, super professional.My main concern is that I didn't catch, when shown the design, that some panels were going to be put on the North face of our roof and when I asked about it after signing, I was told that it "would be fine". So I am left with a bit of a bitter taste in my mouth after this experience.Review fromTim H

1 starSales part went pretty smooth. The installation part of it has been a headache to deal with- did not pass county inspection and Im still waiting to get someone from BRS to come address the issue and the damage left behind.1: Appt was scheduled from 7am-12pm. I told the customer service person I have a party at noon, will timing be an issue. I was reassured multiple times that due to my size of system, the will be done plenty early.Get a text the day before the party that they will not be able to get an electrician out until ***** and the job will be done by 4pm. I called and had to deal with more scheduling issues. Why even schedule me for 7-noon if you dont have the right staff?The day of the appt, the folks show up on time. Everything appears to be going well. 1pm, the install is still not done.2: I looked at what they installed after the party was over and noticed that they drilled a 2.5 hole for their pipe that was roughly 1 big. Left the remaining hole on my siding.They also did not bother caulking the other hole they made. This makes me very nervous about they may have done on my roof. Im sure I will have to spend more money to hire an inspector to check it out.Days later Im still waiting for someone to come fix my siding. Im told they cant find someone to fix it. How do you have an install crew who is not competent enough to address all parts of their work?3: The county inspector came by and noticed that none of the electrical items are properly labeled. Did not pass the installation. Days later, still waiting for someone from BRS to come properly label the boxes. Very quick to get the sale, but once the dotted line is signed, responsibility no longer exists. Installation folks do not care about customer property enough to prevent or fix damages left behind. I should have read these reviews before installing with BRS.
