      I have been involved with 3 separate car purchases from this company. Each interaction with them has been better than the last. The first car I bought from them was actually my first car purchase ever and they made it extremely easy for an inexperienced 21 year old. The next purchase I was involved with was taking my sister here to buy her very first car and it was just as easy and relaxed as when I bought mine. My most recent purchase was of a mini-van in preparation for twin boys that will be joining our family this winter and it was the best experience yet. Each time we have come to this dealership the representatives have been helpful, encouraging, funny, and best of all not pushy AT ALL. The latter being the most impressive part about these guys. They let their prices and vehicle quality speak for themselves. They have the best inventory and prices in ***********, which I can verify after months of searching for a mini-van online. Buying a used car is really scary no matter how good the salesmen and dealership is, but these guys know how to make the best out of a really stressful situation.

      ****, ***** were very friendly, the others looked friendly also, it's a young crew. Bought a Jeep Gladiator at Auction Auto. Lots of people that day. The truck is great so far. I can't talk about the finance/car loan aspect and process because I paid in full out of my savings. It appears people took appt. prior to showing up, I didn't and waited for my turn.

      Not a great experience. The salesperson, ******** and his manager would not tell me what had happened to the car despite the Carfax saying that structural damage had been reported (which I know can be very minor to extremely serious). When I asked them what they knew about the damage, they pointed me to the Carfax as opposed to giving me a straight answer. When I asked if they knew what repairs had been done, they refused to give a direct answer. When we test drove the car, the mats were missing. I assumed they were just put away until the sale. When I asked about the mats after purchasing the truck ******** said that the didnt have the mats and that all sales are final. Classy. Getting the car home, I noticed missing trim pieces in the rear passenger door as well as between the cab and the bed of the truck. The Carketa report they showed me noted neither item being missing. This is on a truck with less than 500 miles on it. Something has been damaged and repaired that they are not telling me. Finally, I asked about the repairs again and they showed me some screen with no identifying information that could be tied to the truck that showed an oil change and detailing (on a truck with 500 total miles on it). None of these things were deal breakers, but honesty does not seem to be their strong suit. Now, ** left guessing on the damage and repairs they did or knew about (probably from the auto body shop they are attached to and under the radar of Carfax.) I would never do business with them again.
