      Very easy and smooth process. Got stuck in traffic on my way to the dealer, so I got there 30 min before closing and they still stayed to help close the deal same day. All employees I ended up dealing with were professional, answered any questions I had, and my the entire deal go very smooth.

      My experience at Action Auto was outstanding!! **** and ***** made it fast and easy. Those guys are awesome!! The automobile that I bought didn't have the spare tire or the owners manual. They are going to order them for me. Excellent customer service. When I am in the market for another car, I will most definitely be going back to Action Auto!!       I didnt have a very good experience. I filled out the credit application the day prior to going into the dealership. I went in looked at 3 cars, test drove one car and chose to buy it. I then waited in line for the finance manager for hours. I dont know why I would need to give all my credit information if it didnt help speed up the sales process. I didnt get home until it was dark. Today, I notice there was a pretty sizable dent that I didnt see during my test drive, the car also has a recall that I wasnt told about and has a noticeable odor that I am worried that I wont be able to get out. *** reached out to the dealership, havent gotten a response yet, but I will update this review if I do.

      Best car buying experience ever! Our salesman ***** was awesome! Hes super friendly and professional and when above and beyond for us making our car buying experience stress and hassle free! And we didnt have any pressure to buy either which is hang the reason I usually walk away from a dealership without buying because the salesmen are so pushy. Im so happy with my purchase and will definitely use them again for any future car buying we do!
