      They didnt fill up the truck with gas it was almost empty they didnt detail it like they said they would but other than these things the staff was nice and no pressure.

      The smoothest car buying experience. **** and ***** helped me find the right car at the right price. They even let me take the new car to dinner with my 2 little kids while they drafted up the paperwork so we didnt go stir crazy in the lobby. Thanks for the personable experience!

      Great experience with Action Auto! Our salesperson **** was super helpful and helped us find the car that was right for us with a friendly, no-pressure approach. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and felt good about our decision. ***** helped us with financing and explained things well and worked with us so that we could be at the payment we were looking for.

      My husband and I went in on 03/23/23. This is the 3rd time we've visited and the 3rd time we've traded a car. Twice at the **** location and once at the **** location. This time **** and ****** helped ** through the whole process. They even went above and beyond after we had a slight issue with the car we purchased. Each time we go it's better than the last. I commend everyone excluding one of the employees that was initially helping my husband. That's all I'll comment about the experience we had with her.

      Absolutely love action auto and the people that work there have known a fee of the workers there for awhile and the customer service there is A1, just got our 7th vehicle from them and we are aways happy with the cars and service. I recommend them to anyone that ask about a vehicle. Highly recommend for you to check them out too!

      Took the time to help me & made sure I got what I wanted. After I left I realized the windshield has a Crack in it. I called ********** is setting an appointment for me to bring it back & replace it. Honestly I never thought I would here back from them. I've had bad experiences with dealerships & this was far from that. Would recommend Action Auto to anyone!

      Worst car buying experience I have ever had. They tried to convince me to sign a loan at 13.2% interest and I had to force them to shop rates. After shopping around they got me approved at 9.99% through a different lender. I signed paperwork and took the jeep to the bank to grab the down payment, on my way there the check engine light came on, the transmission started slipping and I realized only one of the wiper worked (luckily the drivers side worked otherwise I would have been stranded). But the horror story doesn't even end there, when I got back to the bank they refused to let me out of the deal and weended up in a 2 day argument. During the arguing process I get a phone call from another one of their clients because an employee gave them my number instead of another salesman's. In the end I made the *** (****) of the company so mad at me he swore at me repeatedly and told me he no longer wanted my business, and they ended up canceling my contract.

      ******, this is an interesting review that of course only tells one side of the story. We don't need to go into all the details of what happened from what we experienced working with you as we've already put it behind us and understand that there unfortunately are some customers that just aren't worth doing business with.       Very happy with how friendly and helpful everyone was at the **** location. They were quick to help us with every step in the entire process. We were also pleased with the overall cost of the vehicle, with the price landing lower than average for the model and mileage.
