I purchased camping lights back in February 2024 as Christmas gifts, we shop early. Recently I noticed that batteries were included in the lights so I opened one to see if they were in code. To my horror all the batteries had rotted and ruined ALL the lights. I contacted Blade HQ even knowing that since they were purchased 7 months earlier they had no responsibility. Within a day Blade HQ contacted me with an apology and refund! This level of service is becoming increasingly rare in online shopping cites and Im glad to see Blade HQ is maintaining their standards. I have had a long relationship with Blade HQ and they have always had great products and excellent service.Sincerely Desert MonkeyBlade HQ, LLC
