      I made a special request for a blade and not only was it done but the customer service was polite, prompt and professional! I responded to the email I got for confirmation the moment I could and the response was just as prompt making me feel like my order mattered and not just another customer. There was barely any wait for the work to be approved due to the prompt service! 100% would recommend BladeHQ for any knife because you guys are awesome!

      Always have had great experiences working with this company. Recently I bought a high-end benchmade and it came with a free promotional banner. The knife was perfect but the had a stitching defect. Contacted them via email and the promptly responded and took care of the situation. Great company!

      They responded to email in<24h regarding an item I purchased due to incorrect listing. Listing was corrected within 24h and, instead of the return label requested, refund in full was promised.

      Given that she knew I had just bought it a $250.00 knife and upset with the purchase and had additional knives on my wish list, which I have since removed. I expected better. I asked a specific question about a knife I have on my wish list that is not yet at BHQ but listed as coming soon. She said she didn't have one in stock so she could answer the question. Didn't say a word about me upset with the purchase I just made that might I add took them 13 days to get to me in the mail. Given my past buying history, my wish list that I actively buy from, I would have thought she would have reached out to white river and inquired about my question. Nope nothing, just I can't help you sorry. I looked up white river and emailed them and someone got back to me ASAP with the exact answer to my question. Really disappointed with Blade HQ this last go round, and in full disclosure that is the only online company I deal with. I don't order knives from anyone else.
