      ************************** has really good communication as far as customer service goes and I've never returned anything so my experience is somewhat limited but I really like the fact that they offer installment plans on higher priced items but I placed an order in January for a knife that has already come out (preorder when I actually placed the order) and have been seeing these knives come and go on the secondary markets from people that have already received it, used it and sold it and I have still been holding out for my order with very little info and it is beyond frustrating already. I will probably just cut my losses and lose the small deposit I placed and buy a used one already.

      I like the size and the auto open. Just wish it was sharpened. Not sure why the factory didnt sharpen the blade. Really dull. Tried to get it engraved using website, order would not complete, called customer support to order, was told the knife wasnt in stock, website said 200 available, returned to website ordered knife without engraving. Shipping was fast.

      I received a very quick response to my inquiry. The issue was concerning an order which was more than double the requirement for a free QSP Penguin. I was in a hurry and did not separate the order into two qualifying orders. This would have yielded TWO QSP Penguins instead of one (one free knife for each order over $175). When I contacted Blade HQ and requested another *******, I was told that the promotion was over and was given a $10 credit. Well, my most recent orders have been placed during another and different QSP Penguin promotion. This makes it clear that the knives were available and the simplest solution would have been to send me another QSP Penguin (albeit in a different scale color) for the order in question. That would have been preferable to the $10 credit. Anyway, I have been doing a reasonable amount of business with Blade HQ and have generally been satisfied but this issue could have been handled better.
