I have purchased countless knives and accessories from BladeHq and have never been a disappointed. I only had to return two items over the years (my error, not BladeHQ's) and the process was seamless. My 'go to' knife shop!

The knife I ordered was defective and I understand that happens but what I don't understand is not being refunded the full purchase amount. Now, it may be their policy to not refund shipping amount and I am sure they stated that prior to purchase, but, when the fault is theirs it seems a shame to be charged 9 dollars for nothing. So thanks for nothing Blade HQ. Absolutely the last time I will purchase anything from you. You are trash.Blade HQ, LLC

BladeHQs customer service is very professional and very responsive to inquiries. In addition, Ive been extremely pleased with the quality of products they offer and have absolute confidence in the authenticity of their products as Id learned that Id previously purchased a counterfeit knife from a large, well known online retailer.
