      BladeHQ and Grindworx are my "go to's" for majority of my knife purchases. I've been very pleased with the excellent customer service and fast shipping too! Prices can't be beat, and great selection of products. I am very pleased !!

      No help at all. Order placed last week and was sent an email showing the wrong item being shipped. Called BHQ: Told not to worry about it . Placed a second call because after 5 days, the shipping still shows pre-shipment status and says call shipper for more info. *** knew nothing, no help again.Will never do business with *** again.

      Very quick service, received my knife pretty quickly, got worried because I didn't receive any sort of confirmation email, so I reached out to support and they responded fast and on top of that sent me the shipping information for the order. Amazing service overall, definitely would recommend ordering from them!

      I bought my son a ***** ***** for his birthday and had it sent to his house. *** Ex delivered to the wrong house and told me it was not their problem that I needed to call Blade HQ. Blade HQ told me I had to wait 7 days, which is after my son's birthday, before they can do anything. So I spent $500 for a birthday present for my son that he may or may not eventually receive. Not very happy.

      Im truly sorry to hear about the trouble with your order and understand your frustration, especially with your sons birthday coming up.Regarding the delivery issue, our policy requires us to wait 7 days from the last scan before we can proceed with a refund or reshipment. This is to allow the carrier enough time to resolve any potential issues on their end. I know this timing is less than ideal, but we are committed to addressing this as quickly as possible once the waiting period has passed.We genuinely want to make sure your son gets his gift, and well take care of it as soon as were able.
