      Order placed 8/15, received shipping info email on 8/16, didn't here anything so I reached out 8/23. They told me the order was returned to sender on 8/17. I reviewed the **** info but the **** tracking info only shows that the label was created, it never went anywhere. The customer service team did not offer any solutions other than for me to place the order again. I have ordered many times from Blade HQ but will be taking my business elsewhere if this is not fixed.

      You send me emails regularly, and I enjoy shopping.until it comes to ordering. I tried to order from my phone 2X with no luckI sent two emails with no response. It wasnt until I called and that wasnt really helpful and unsympathetic. You need an IT guy to smooth out you process and a young female voice to kiss customers butts.

      i'm a brand new bladeHQ customer. I've placed two orders in about a week. all of a sudden a couple days after my order they come out with a sale on my items with free tier gifts. I met a tier and they will not honor the sale. I wouldn't normally ask for this; however, the way it was handled was very poor. I'll go back to my other knife retailers who I've been dealing with for many years. They can have my money.

      The lady that I spoke to was very, very helpful. We actually got disconnected and she immediately sent an email that gave me the exact info that I needed. She needs a raise, I wish I had her name. Tell her I said thank you

      Not happy with the answer at all, I could have been easily told about the double points day coming up. I believe my points should be doubled from my most recent purchase of over a thousand dollars..

      Had an issue with my order due to my own inattentiveness. It couldn't be fixed due to it being a customized order and had been prepared and in the process of shipping so quickly but the customer service of *********************** was phenomenal and she definitely helped take care of my issue. I've been a BladeHQ fan for awhile now but dealing with her today puts them over the top in my book.
