      I called them for a return and the *** was very pleasant. I only wish they included a QR code with the emailed return label so I could get it scanned at the post office because I don't have a printer. I just have to wait for the physical mail return label. Excellent company. Will do more business with them.

      Have received nothing but excellent service and support from Blade HQ. Their returns are legitimately hassle free and I always refer to their website for researching specs and details of various knives. In opinion, they have the best site design of any of the major online retailers. Their M4 exclusives are an added bonus. Highly recommended.
