      I had an issue with a recently purchased knife, and a follow-up was required. Fortunately for me, the Customer Representative that responded to my message was ***********************. After a few back-and-forth communications, my issue was resolved. Thank you ******* for your quick response helping me and I recommend Blade HQ to everyone.

      Seeing that Blade HQ is closed on Sundays, I still received a positive response to my issue in a timely manor, in which my issue was resolved. I've had nothing but ******************* with Blade HQ and will continue to do business with them.

      I placed an order and immediately emailed 4 min after receiving the email confirmation. I was hoping to switch a product for the same one but different color. They took 3 days to return an email with an excuse that they get hundreds of emails daily and where unable to do anything. If this is the case then they should advise in the email confirmation to call and not respond to the email. Will never buy from here again.
