      Subjective service was comprehensive: my enquiry was replied to in swift order with the best information to hand.It is surely not the fault of this distributor that I am now at the mercy of various carrier agencies, with whom my experience has taught a frustrating lack of confidence.I live a couple of thousand miles due north-east of ****, but my package starts by going west to **********, then north to presumably ****************, from where the daily collection of packages will be shipped to all points east. Hmmmm...!

      Reply was relatively prompt but the person obviously only read the first line and assumed the rest of the question.Was attempting to purchase 2 DIFFERENT knives in the same order with international shipping but every time I added more than one it told me there was no shipping option available.The reply told me it was because I was unable to order multiple dessert warrior knives, which is not what I was trying to do.Would have loved to purchase a few things to combine considering the excessive $50USD flat shipping rate but guess this will just be my first and last order from BladeHQ

      I asked to make a return on a duplicate order. **************** with customer service helped me and was very prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. She quickly addressed my issue and sent a return postage label.

      I received two e-mails from Blade HQ that led me to believe that someone had hacked into my Blade HQ account and was attempting to make a purchase using an old credit card number that must have been tied to my account. I immediately notified Blade HQ customer service of the situation and promptly received a reply advising me that they had notified their Internet security person and suggested that I change my password, which I did. I appreciate Blade HQ's timely response to this matter.
