      I order from Blade HQ all the time. They are my go to place when I want a new knife. I placed an order with them in the morning. In the afternoon the knife I ordered dropped in price. It was such a good deal that I decided for that price I wanted a second one. I called and spoke to ************** He was super helpful. He not only got the second knife ordered for me at the sale price, he also gave me the sale price on the first knife and removed the shipping charges. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Thanks *****! Blade HQ Rules!

      I thought I was already apart of the knife club and I purchased a dessert warrior drop and 4 ckrt knives for my groomsmen. After the purchase I received and email showing the points I couldve received with that purchase. I then realized I was not apart of the blade club. Reached out to support and they updated my points. Thank you blade hq!

      Blade HQ was very helpful in giving me a refund all I wanted was an exchange but the give me a refund which I am happy to have as well. My PM2 was stiff and they took it back. I am happy. I will say I would've been upset if it was a special knife or something rare and they took it back because they didn't tell me before I sent it in that they wouldn't exchange although that's what I was asking for, I only got a notice my return request had been approved so keep that in mind people they don't do exchange.

      A very bad experience, special this is my first time to buy on Blade HQ. My package ETA is about 2 to 4 weeks, because I lived in ******. I'm cool on waiting but they don't have an option to track my package once it ship to ******. So after 4 weeks, I'll just continue to wait hoping it will deliver on these coming days.But no. After 2 months of waiting. No package show up, no update. I'll reported them what happen, asking an explanation why I didn't receive yet my package. The answer I received is only apology and saying they will just refund it.I just wasted 2 months waiting.Worst experience, just too bad man

      The support person did not help at all. I have my knife for about a month and it already broken with no availability for replacement parts.
