      Sent them a note on a Saturday that I had accidentally selected the wrong state from the drop-down menu while placing my order and they responded very quickly that my address was corrected. Fantastic customer service!

      I had a concern about not receiving my Blade Club points so I sent an email about my concern. Within minutes ************ sent me a response and fixed the issue for me. Excellent customer service experience!

      I think you should drop all your ******* made knives! First they are not even worth 99 cents. ***** made in the h e *** knives like Gerber and spyderco or find a different country beside ***** that makes decent ************* you didn't even respond to my emails about the ******* made knifes. Hey ******** didn't listen to their customer base either. Food for thought.

      They were somewhat helpful resolving my issue gave me 50$ refund but it doesnt really help me Im still left with a knife with missing hardware

      I had a question about their return policy and why it wasn't working with my layaway item. After about 5 minutes I got a clear and concise answer, as well as a return label to return the item I wanted to return. Very easy and helpful. The products they sell have great prices and are honest with their reviews. I have not had any issues other than this one thing and it was solved immediately. BladeHQ is my favorite website to buy knives.
