      Sucked. They give no reason why I cant place my order. Ive placed 3 orders and still cant receive them. They email the same redundant email. Ill be taking my money elsewhere from now on.

      BladeHQ team is awesome! ***** as well as one of the phone representatives helped me get my knife in working order as I was having a little trouble with it out of the box. After getting a recommended fix from the crew my knife works perfectly. Definitely the #1 spot for anyone looking for a new blade! Outstanding experience from ordering, shipping and customer service. Thanks guys your rock!

      Blade HQ may try with customer service but the end result is that if the manufacturer does not honor their "lifetime warranty" the customer is just out-of-luck ! Not to mention out of all the money spent at BLADE HQ !!!!!!

      I didn't have a great experience. I used to frequent Blade HQ, but that was some years ago. The "checkout as guest" option wouldn't work for me. I had to go in and create an account, and save all of my personal data just to make a purchase. I tried multiple times, and just kept getting error messages. Like, it would appear to work, I'd get a confirmation number, and then 15 minutes later an email that it failed. What gives? Maybe I don't want my personal info saved on random company's books. This will probably be the last time I shop here. I only continued with it because shipping from ***** ***** right now.

      Blade hq makes everything easy and they listen and understand what youre asking for. My issue was resolved in under a minute and I thought it would take much longer.
