      I think that blade HQ has phenomenal communication skills by the people that answer the phone and answer the emails. I needed to make contact twice with questions about product and order, both times the communication was friendly, precise, and quick, but certainly NOT rushed. The wait time on the phone was not one of those excruciatingly long waits with mind numbing music. ******** was more than helpful. And I think her boss should give her an iced tea, tomorrow off, and a raise!

      Its been since the 12th since it says delivered to no specific address at 7 in the pm and I cant do anything until the 20th so Im very unhappy I put this order on a long while back and still empty handed
