Blade HQ **************** was great! **** responded quickly to my question and offered an immediate refund. The knife was the ***** Shark Cub. My question was about the painful "Shark Finger" caused by this knife. I decided to keep the knife and "get used to it." But thanks to **** for his good customer service!!

Blade Hq has always delivered quality products at a fair price and on a timely basis. I am a regular customer of upper priced mdse from ******************************* the shipped merchandise which was intended as tokens of appreciation fof some friends was delivered by the shipping agent to an address that was clearly not my house by the picture.The shipping company is still investigating after two weeks. Whoever recieved the package did not do the right thing and bring the package over.Blade HQ treated the matter with sympathy, an offer of a full refund or store credit, expedited air shipping on another order, and a $10 store credit. I could not ask for more customer service than that.**** yeah I am a long time repeat customer because they have always delivered and I trust them.Blade HQ, LLC

I am truly sorry for this taking so long to respond. I contacted customer support after the knife I had ordered was lost in the mail (it still shows that it's 'moving through the network'). Within just a few short hours, ****** responded and said she could replace the knife, provide one in a different finish/color if the one I had ordered was no longer in stock, or provide a complete refund. I chose to get the same knife if possible. Within a day, a new knife like the one I had ordered was on its way. I am so grateful for such incredible customer service. I plan on purchasing more and will always make Blade HQ my provider of choice. Thank you again for such an excellent experience!Blade HQ, LLC

I order most of the knives for my knife collection form here because you guys seem to have everything, and your customer service has been stellar. Occasionally I end up with a knife that just wasnt put together very well by the manufacturer, and other times I think Im going to love a knife then when get it in person I realize its not right for me.
