      !!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BLADE HQ EVER AGAIN *************** is a joke, the products are of incredibly poor quality, and the customer service team are not helpful (to put things bluntly). I ordered a single product for about $120 USD + $50 extra for overnight shipping. My order did not arrive for 5 whole days, and it's primarily because it didn't even ship out until 3 days after I placed my order. When the product I ordered arrived I discovered it wasn't even the thing I ordered. It was something completely different and nowhere close to the quality of product I ordered. I asked for them to exchange it and they told me they don't do exchanges. I asked for a refund and they flat out refused until I shipped them the item they incorrectly sent me first. They messed up the shipping that I paid extra for, they sent me the wrong item, they refused to send me the correct item, AND they refused to refund me until I took time out of my day to correct their mistake. I will never give this company another dime and I don't think you should either.

      I was having a hard time useing my reward points contaced custmer service they walked me through it they where awesome. Hope you guys can come up with a better way track what points where used in real time. That part still confuseing.
