I've bought items from Blade HQ in the past - they were great then and they were great on this recent purchase. Super fast shipping!There was a problem with this last order...an item that was supposed to be shipped wasn't. I contacted *** and talked to **** *. More than likely the best customer service from a cutlery business, online or in store. *** just helped me with an order I mistakenly ordered the wrong item on, and had it fixed within 15 minutes of me emailing BHQ. Today is Sunday... who else can say they get that level of service on a Sunday? I'll wait..... 10/10Blade HQ, LLC
