Great company, always responsive to any inquiries I have. Bought my first what I would say an expensive knife at the time ($80) manix 2 lightweight, a little more than 10 years ago from ***. Definitely my go to for sharp stuff.

Really great customer service, while the response to my inquiry wasn't what I had hoped for ***** *. was very honest, understandable and extremely courtious. In a world of adversarial customer service, this restored my faith there are still good companies out there.Blade HQ, LLC

***** R quickly responded to my inquiry. She was attentive and courteous, which is what I have done to expect from Blade HQ. Blade headquarters has been the only place I would ever buy a knife from for about the last three or four years. I have shopped online and talked to other competitors and no one has been able to give me the service in such a timely, kind, knowledgeable and friendly manner like the employees of Blade HQ. An example is this morning talking to ****** about a pre-order. She was extremely helpful and friendly enough that my issue with placing the order was taken care of quickly but we cut up for a couple of minutes just because I'm a Texan and her name was ******. It made me feel like I was right at home! I wouldn't at this point in my life and never use anyone else except Blade HQ. They have such a tremendous selection and the service is impeccable! Immediate response from my email asking a Blade HQ account question, we went back and forth like in real time by email. Just like the last time I had a question. Their may be other’s who handle their business this well? But NONE Better! Can’t claim to have or be “The Best” without argument but you can’t argue with “None Better!” ??Blade HQ, LLC
