      After Rise Credit pulled a hard inquiry of my credit , I was approved for a loan that I very much needed and requested for my funds to be sent via direct deposit .
      I called 2 days later to get a status of application and locate funds .
      I was told by a rep that my loan was being sent via mail through a paper check and it would take over a week to arrive .
      I asked if they could cancel the check and have my funds placed in my bank account like I originally requested.
      They cancelled my loan and told me to re apply a week later . This put me in a terrible financial situation . Worse than I already was .
      A week has passed and now that I’ve re applied for a loan with Rise , I am getting declined .

      I just received a letter from CCBank that says "Thanks for your recent application submitted through ************************* We regret to inform you that CCbank cannot grant a loan to you at this time"I HAVE NOT ASK FOR A LOAN TO CCBANK OR WFG WHATSOEVER. I want to make this public because I have not done it and "the request" is not even in my credit karma report.

      Today I got a notification on Experian that I have opened a new account with this company. Date Opened: July ******. Balance 1413. Last Payment Date: July 26 2024. Monthly Payment: 296. I have checked both of my bank accounts and I have no withdraws with that amount.

      We performed a search of our records. We entered multiple combinations of the complainants name, address, and phone number provided in the complaint. Unfortunately, we were unable to find any account associated with the information provided by the complainant. The complainant is welcome to respond directly to the bank at *************************************** with additional information to assist with identifying their account.       I am urgently contacting you regarding the discrepancies on my credit report, resulting from the sharing of my personal information with credit bureaus. This has caused significant financial and emotional distress.

      In line with 15 USC 1681 Section 602, I affirm my right to financial privacy and expect my information to be treated confidentially.

      Furthermore, under 15 USC 1681 Section 604(a)(2), a consumer reporting agency is prohibited from disclosing account details without my explicit consent, which I have not given.

      The inaccuracies linked to CC BANK LENDLY have adversely impacted my financial status, necessitating immediate correction.

      Moreover, I emphasize adherence to 15 USC 1666(b), which prohibits creditors from treating credit card payments as late under specific circumstances.

      I have a loan with Quick Credit connect through Capital Community bank. I have made ******* in payments for a ******* loan. My balance is still *******. This does this is ridiculous my loan will never be paid off. This loan was established in 2022.This loan should be considered paid in full.

      I have a loan with GetLendly and have been always an on time paying customer who set up *** with them. I was hospitalized for health issue in September /October and the company stopped debiting account because of two returned payments. There was an issue with bank when I was in hospital that was resolved when I got notification from the bank. Being the loan was set up *** and I was never notified of it being discontinued, no payments were debited and the last email correspondence I ever received from the company was on 9/7/23. I assumed everything was fine until I got notified from transunion of a delinquent account. I immediately logged in and saw a balance and paid it immediately. I called to tell them everything and even offer medical records but they will not remove lates. These are the only lates on my report and its hurting me especially needing my credit to be perfect during this trying time! I need help please to get these removed. I was put back on *** today but told someone would reach out and they havent! How can they do this to a consumer and not send a formal email stating the *** would be discontinued! Please help me and remove this delinquency from my credit!

      I have an an account at Money Key/******************** Line of Credit that is a divsion of CCBank in Proivo. I sent them a payoff check from ******* ************* more than a month ago. It has noit been posted to my account and I continue to be resonsible fior the high interest they are charging me, I was tokld tghat it takes 6 weeks to process tge check. Its a bank nothingin their terms indicated this to be true.If this wasnt a preditory lender it would noit biotgher me but they are. Took mne 2 tears to get out from under them.

      I received notification while doing a credit check on Oct 23, 2023 that there was a charged off account in 2022 with **********************/CNG with an original loan balance of $4,000. This is fraudulent and I did not open an account with ********************** nor did I get a loan of $4K in my name. Someone stole my identity and did this in my name. CCbank opened this fraudulent account in my name and allowed someone to get a loan in my name.
