      The most horrible and discriminating experience I have ever had in my life. Jetblue needs to spend money on customer service training. After paying for a ticket and luggage with insurance, I was escorted out of the plane after being seated in my chair with the accusation that I was committing air ticket fraud. I was denied an interpreter to assist me and the use of WiFi. It was a violation of human rights and a discriminating and humiliating act. After two days I was sent an email to claim my luggage, which I received with a defect. No apologies, no accommodations!!!!!! JetBlue Airlines needs to become repossessed of this horrible incident.

      Not worth it still !- Paid seat selection and extra space for carry-on bag in the 2nd row.. I paid Blue to have Extra space and have overhead bin space for my 2 children carry-on bags and myself. I was in the first group to board but as usual there was not space in the overhead bin over the 2 row seats. It was stressful since the flight attendant ***** and then he called ****, was very very rude and didn't assist me at all. He expected me to use any available bin, even if it meant the last row; and even if I have paid, I will have had to wait at the end of the flight in order to grab my carry-on going from a 2nd row seat to a last row - which doesn't make any sense. JetBlue claim that if you Pay you will get the following: "For more certainty and speed (and less stress) during the boarding process, our new carry-on bag policy starting 7/20/21 guarantees overhead bin space on domestic flights within the U.S. for customers who purchased their tickets on or after 2/25 traveling on a Blue, Blue Extra and Mint fare, or who book an Even More Space seat (on all legs, if connecting)or you get a $25 *********** credit valid for 12 months. Thats rightno more guessing if there will be room for your bag on board, no matter when you board."However, the process is still very stressful if you are traveling with JetBlue and after you pay you can't even find one space overhead. The flight attendant **** just told me that it was shared space and I had to find any other space. How many people boarded before me if I was the first group on a 2nd seats? I think the flight attendants use that space for themselves and they say that there is no space, or I don't understand how that's possible. He was very unhelpful and made the process very very stressful.

      On our way to the airport JetBlue canceled our flight with no explanation & said they will find us a different flightNOT TRUE. A 2nd email was sent telling us to basically figure it out. So I asked for a different flight they offered me a different airport arrival about 3hrs from where i was going arriving at 3am (not safe!) so I asked JetBlue to cover/set up the transportation or hotel from this airport to the Capital since I lost my original hotel/transportation but JetBlue said no that I would need do this myself and be reimbursed by them. Of course this cancellation has caused incredible amount of stress and heartache especially dealing w/JetBlues lack of customer care and value towards their customers. I have always spoken so highly of this airlinenot anymore!Now I have requested a full refund which will be available to me **** business days, but I need the $4,000 to book the flights to try and salvage what is left of my Family Summer trip. I have requested reimbursement for the resort cost, I hope JetBlue honors this, I heard this process will be even more stressful!I have already spent a total of 8 hrs on the phone talking to JetBlue representatives One agent says one thing call back and youll get different information. SMH.

      Horrible airline company ! I will take delta over them anyway.never again I had a 2 hour delay when my flight was suppose to pull off at 2 pm been at the airport every since 20 am.missed my connecting flight due to their delays n was stranded 4 hours from home n had to pay $500 for a Uber! I swear I will never fly this airline again!!!!
