      I bought 2 round trip tickets to ***** to celebrate my 65th anniversary. When we came to airport my wife's ticket could not be found. After over hour standing to check-in point we were asked to go to customer service. At that point I was told that I bought extra space even though their online application said next traveler. I asked to rebook ticket, but was told it is impossible. I was asked to buy another ticket(?) so they returned me $652 to my JetBlue card but asked me to pay $1389 for same person - same ticket. When I asked why ? answer was our system does not allow to do that, but somehow allow to sell more expensive tickets? BTW on check-in they asked me for marriage certificate, and, I was told they would allow me to fly if I had one. My wife had passport and drivers license. When we crossed the check-in we were told that flight is delayed. it was scheduled for 7:16am and departure was changed for 9:44am in reality it was after 10 am. Jetblue told me it was delayed for 2 hours and 20 minutes(that is not true). that is not end of *****************. On returned flight on check-in point clerk ******************* was so nasty. When I tried to explain situation above, I was told - "I am not talking to you". When I said we together , I am her husband, she told "I am not checking you in - go to another clerk". we went to another clerk. I was asking for supervisor - nobody came, but when we were checking in with another clerk, ******************* came and talked to her in ******. After that we were asked to check size of our carry on and were told we have to put in baggage. when we flew from JFK that was not necessary. I am asking for fare reimbursement for ticket, for delay and disciplinary actions for Mrs ********************

      My husband and I were scheduled to travel to ******** in March 2020. Due to the pandemic and state shouting down, we couldnt travel. JetBlue gave us an accurate blue account and applied for our money there. My relative that we were planning to visit in ******** contracted Covid and passed.It has been two years now; I am not capable of traveling. The customer representative told me that if by 09/30/2022 we didnt use the credit, we would lose it. She said, JetBlue will keep the money, and you will lose. She told me she was doing me a favor. I am so frustrated to hear someone telling me they are doing a favor with the money I work hard to earn. I dont know what precisely these big corporates are thinking, taking money from hard-working people. $700 might seems nothing for them but it somebody paycheck They are acting like I am the one who caused the pandemic to happen! This JetBlue is the worse company! They are totally rip-off

      Jetblue is a horrible airlines. They made my daughter who suffers from mental health issues sit in the air port in *** in ************** for over 14teen hours before being able to get on another flight at 6pm. Mind you she had to be at the airport at 4am for hee 6am flight that she bored and than they had all passengers get off and than atb8:30 am cancel the flight all together. Mind you there qas a 10am and a 1pm flight back to ****** where she needed to be for her college orientation at 3:30pm that she missed cause the ticket personalized to her about saying that both flights were full. But when she talked to a new ticket person at 4pm to make sure that the 6pm flight was leaving on time that person said that the 1pm flight had plenty of empty seats. I have called jetblue and they only want to give her a credit for a 100 dollars to fly with them again and she will never do jetblue again cause of this experience. I really wish someone would just give my daughter her money back and also compensate her for her **** orientation that she was getting a 100 dollar gift card to help pay for her books.

      ***************************** manger of Jet Blue at ****************************************************** was extremely rude and seem very aggressive and unprofessional about our flight **** being delayed 1hr due to the plane waiting on one passenger which caused us to not be able to make are connecting flight and turn a few hours of traveling in to almost 2 days with which we arrive 3 minutes after boarding time , also the group we travel with all got split up on separate flights which were 7 adults and a baby they showed no empathy on something that was faulted by there company delaying our flight which we had no control over which cause us to have to go more stop and we couldnt travel together as a group I felt very discriminated that they could hold flight for 1 person but would not let us board after 3 min of the boarding time and ****** showed no care at all and told us talk to who ever he didnt care and he couldnt no get a manger above him also refused to call the airport to confirm the reason for delay which they told everyone one the plane why we were delayed he just walk off while we were talking like were nothing worst airline JetBlue I will never travel with them again and hopefully someone above him can reach out

      Worst airline Ive ever dealt with. Delayed flight EIGHT TIMES over eight hours leaving *** before canceling flight at 10pm, stranding us for the night. Over 5 hours in line at Jet Blue counter trying to speak to someone to find out if we should try to rebook or if flight would eventually actually take off. Extremely rude, uncaring staff. After cancellation, said they could get us on a flight with a layover (our flight was direct) and separated seats arriving After midnight WEDNESDAY MORNING. Had to book last minute with another airline for $1300. Denied flight and meal reimbursement because we chose to cancel. No, JetBlue. YOU were the ones who chose to cancel our flight due to maintenance and strand us overnight. Never using this airline again, not worth the risk.

      I book a flight for 5of ** traveling to ******* on July 19th my fight was supposed to leave at 6:30 never leaves until almost 10am no compensation received for delayed flight.Now on my return flight from Kingston to JFK on August 10 my flight was supposed to be 5:09pm never leaves until the next day at around 2pm all the stuff in my suitcase has been spoil (fish,breadfruit,ackee,chicken,**** currygoat everything spoiled and they only offered us $300 for the delay what happened to our spoiled items in our luggages. And nothing for the delayed and inconvenience on the 19th going down traveling with 2 small kids. Please i need some help jetblue has been doing this for a very long time now its not the first but i let those other time slide this time i need some help and their tickets wasn't cheap they offering $300 is a slap in the face

      I recently flew JetBlue from ********************** to *******. My first flight out of ******* was delayed three hours. While I understand Leyes now much was explained to us. Upon returning back to *** from ******* my flight was delayed eight hours. My initial flight was scheduled to leave at 7:44 PM that moved at 9:40 pm to ****pm and then ****pm. At this point in time we were told the captain was not comfortable with the equipment on the plane. They did not have another flight scheduled to leave for ******* and we had to wait for a resolution. after setting another hour we were told that our flight was being moved and we be going out of another gate to ******* our flight finally left at 2:25 AM. I questioned the crew why the flight was so delayed and they said there were storms in *************. Ive been said why are flights to ****** and ****** not being delayed and I was not answered. After reaching out to Jet Blue explaining to them that on my first day I lost a full day at ************ and coming home I lost a day of wages as well as my wife and two kids they were going to generously credit me $200. I then reached out to JetBlue and told him thats totally unacceptable and I would never fly JetBlue again they need to be thoroughly investigated for the practices. While I understand flight delays there is zero communication from the staff of JetBlue and quite honestly the staff after sitting there 10 hours at night were extremely rude

      Americans with Disabilities *********************** is not fully understood ?? or really paid attention to. For the first time since Covid, my family went on vacation. We went to *******, ******* for a week and it was okay. This was my first time using a new to me mobility device, a ******, to navigate an airport. The staff at the airports were friendly enough but no one was really clear on what to do once I walked to the gate using the ******. The questions were, will there be space to store the ****** in the plane, if there is no space should we put the ****** under the plane, if we cant get the ****** to the person using it how do we best help her, and finally, how do we best scan the person using the ****** and not mess up the security scanner. Now, for the most part, there was a system in place but it was very slow and I dont think taken seriously. I had to switch planes from ****** to ******** and my ****** was left in ******. I was also sent to a line for disabled persons to be checked in but there wasnt a person consistently present to check folks in. The timing at the check in was so bad we ended up waiting for about 45 minutes before getting through to our plane location where we found out we missed the plane. We were able to reschedule the flight for the next day but JetBlue, the airline, told use they will not pay for a hotel for us because rather than arriving 3 hours before our flight, we arrived 2 hours before. Now while this challenge happened to me, it also happened to several othe people who were using wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, and canes. Time with my family was fun but the airport was difficult ??================================="I am okay but I am getting ready to give you a brain dump: When I was standing for the *************************************************************************** to take off my sneakers and use a wooden cane that was too big while walking in their security screen. Needless to say I started crying..."

      They lost my luggage, no one seems to know anything and they charge $25 to speak to someone, unthinkable! I will not be flying nor encourage anyone to fly this airline. Completely unprofessional.

      I booked a flight *** to ***. I was notified by email that my flight was canceled and I was rebooked on the following morning. I was able to get the flight I was rebooked on the following morning. They refunded the original cost of the flight and was told I need to rebook a flight in order to get home. I did and the cost was double the price I paid for my original ticket that they canceled
