    Clothing is gigantic. Received my order incomplete so it arrived in three seperate packages. Costs me $7.95 per package to ship back. The clothes are supposed to be Petite sizes. They are HUGE Still have not processed return

    Returns processing totally unacceptable. They received my returned merchandise yesterday and told me they cannot process my refund until after they have processed all the other returns in the order in which they were received and they are currently 3 weeks behind. This is outrageous!!! I ordered 4 dresses, kept 1 and returned the others. They owe me over a thousand dollars and I want my money back now!!!

    Worst returns! They Dont tell you when you order but if you return something it takes 30 days to process return! Unacceptable!! They tell you on your receipt that comes in your order! So dishonest! Do yourself a favor shop at Anthropologie instead!!

    Terrible service and horrible return policy- still waiting for an exchange and a return sent back on June 1st; its now June 26. The representatives I have spoken with are both uninformed and rude. I agree with other reviewers that Sundance products are not the issue- its the people and the policies (especially returns) that are the problem.DO NOT do business with this company; I never will again.

    I purchased 2 dresses from Sundance Catalog which arrived promptly. Unfortunately didnt fit and returned them within timeframe of proper returns. *** called numerous times to try and get my refund back and they told me they were backlogged on returns. Still waiting after a month and still no refund. Why cant you be like LL Bean or even Amazon and give a refund without having to pay shipping costs as well. REALLY horrible customer service! So disappointed and never going to purchase again!!!!

    I ordered presents for my girls for Mothers Day and they changed the in stock date to October 30, 5-6 month delay, with no notice. I buy a lot from Sundance and was very disappointed by their customer service. They offered no explanation and no apology. Ill shop elsewhere from now on.

    Recently ordered 2 armchairs for $1800. When they came they looked beautiful but were hard as rocks to sit in! I called to have them taken back. I ended up not only paying the shipping to get them there but another $430 to send them back. So now Im out over $600 for chairs I dont even have! I have been a Sundance customer for years but I will never order from them again!

    I sent in a return and they admit they have it but they dont Have enough employees to process the return. Seems like they have enough employees to process my initial order. 3 weeks and they still owe me $600. Horrible call center. Donor buy from this company. Good product but bad service. Ill pass.

    Would not purchase from them again. Misleading info in ad about shipping times. Bad communication, no purchase confirmation or notice of any delays to shipment. I am waiting for a product that when I purchased in mid Dec. 2022 advertised it would ship in 1-2 weeks. I tried to cancel the order but they say I would not be reimbursed for $196 in shipping costs! Stay away!
